Allen re-signed with the Browns on Monday, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
Cleveland signed Allen off Cincinnati's practice squad back in January, but he was inactive for both the team's playoff games. He'll work for a chance to compete for a depth role this offseason.
