Hicks (foot) is active Monday against the Saints, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers official site reports.
Hicks has dealt with a foot injury for the majority of the season, but he's been able to play in each of the team's last three games. He should remain a significant part of the Bucs' defensive-line rotation against New Orleans.
