The Buccaneers activated Minter from the reserve/COVID-19 list Wednesday.
Minter missed last weekend's divisional-round win over the Saints while on the list, but he's since cleared all health-related protocols and is able to return to the roster. The veteran linebacker should fill a depth role during Sunday's NFC Championship Game against the Packers.
