Carter (abdomen) has been ruled out to play the Cowboys on Monday Night Football in Week 7.
Carter suffered an injury to his abdomen in Week 5 and hasn't practiced since. He's set to miss his second straight contest, and his next opportunity to suit up will come Sunday, Nov. 1, against Washington. Carter played primarily on special teams during Philadelphia's first two games of the campaign but had built up to a bigger role Weeks 3-5 before getting hurt.
