Carter (abdomen) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Giants.
Carter will miss Sunday's game due to an abdominal injury he sustained in the Eagles' Week 8 loss to the Commanders. Carter was unable to practice throughout Week 9 prep due to the issue and will leave reserve free safety Kenny Moore to back up both Marcus Epps and Andrew Mukuba in Sunday's contest.
