The Falcons waived Verdon (undisclosed) from injured reserve Friday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Verdon went to Atlanta's IR back in August with an undisclosed injury, and now he's on track to become a free agent unless he's claimed from waivers by another team. He's still waiting to make his regular-season NFL debut.
