McCoy (quadriceps) signed a one-year deal with the Raiders on Wednesday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.
The veteran defensive tackle joined the Cowboys on a three-year, $18.3 million deal ahead of last season, but he suffered a ruptured right quad tendon in training camp and was released. Nearly a full year later, McCoy is now healthy and will compete for a role with the Raiders. He last saw action in 2019 with the Panthers and totaled 37 tackles (15 solo) and five sacks in 16 games.
