Griffen (concussion) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice. Minnesota co-defensive coordinator Andre Patterson is optimistic Griffen can play this week against Seattle, the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.
Griffen suffered the concussion Thursday in a car accident and missed last week's game. He swerved to miss a deer and hit a tree. It sounds like he will clear the concussion protocol and be ready to play this week.
