Every week I will give you facts that you need to know about every matchup in the NFL to help you set your lineup for the highest probability of winning.
Four teams are off in this final bye week of the season, so it is the last time -- barring injury -- that you will be without your regular starters. We have a lot to get to, so let's get right into the facts.
Panthers at Dolphins, Sun., 1 p.m. ET
• Cam Newton continues to be feast or famine (four games of 30-plus points and four sub-20 in his last eight), but could be in for a tough week in Week 12 against the Dolphins, who have held six straight quarterbacks to 15 or fewer Fantasy points. The 'Fins have allowed three passing scores total since Week 4 and five of the last six quarterbacks to face them have been held below 10 Fantasy points.• The Dolphins have given up at least 140 running back rushing yards in four straight games and have allowed at least 17 Fantasy points to backs in nine straight games. At least one back has 11-plus points in every one of those games and backs have scored 12 times in this nine game run. It is just about impossible to know which Carolina back to support, as none even topped six carries against the Patriots in Week 11.
• Steve Smith has not reached 70 yards receiving in a game yet this year and has not scored in four straight games. Miami has allowed just one wide receiver touchdown all year, fewest in the NFL.
• Greg Olsen has topped 50 yards in only one of his last six games, but has a touchdown in three of his last four. Antonio Gates scored on the 'Fins last week, but it was the first tight end touchdown allowed by Miami since Week 4. The Chargers tight ends did combine for a season-high 196 yards against Miami last week.
• Defenses have 10-plus points against Miami in each of the last two games and seven of the last eight. Carolina has scored 10-plus in eight straight games and has topped 20 points in three of the last four.
• Ryan Tannehill still does not have a 20-point Fantasy game this year and that is unlikely to change against Carolina. No quarterback has thrown for multiple touchdowns or topped 17 Fantasy points against this unbelievable defense that is allowing a league-low 10.6 points per game to opposing quarterbacks.
• After touching the ball more than 20 times and picking up over 110 total yards in both Week 8 and Week 9, Lamar Miller has a total of 15 touches for 48 total yards in the last two games. Daniel Thomas played only 26 snaps to Miller's 40 last week, but got the touchdown against the Chargers and led the team with 57 yards on 10 carries.
• In the last six games, the Panthers have allowed only one rushing touchdown and only one group over 95 yards rushing. Both occurred last week against the Patriots. Four of the last six running back groups to face Carolina have produced nine or fewer Fantasy points.
• Mike Wallace has not scored in eight straight games and it has been seven straight for Brian Hartline. Rishard Mathews did not score in Week 11 after scoring twice in Week 10, but did run 41 of the team's 42 pass routes and has an established role.
• No receiver has scored or reached 10 Fantasy points in eight straight games against Carolina. The Panthers also allow the second lowest number of Fantasy points per game (13.8) to receivers in 2013.
• Charles Clay had six catches for 90 yards and a score in Week 11 and has seen 15 targets the last two weeks alone. He has a touchdown in four of his last seven games, but has topped 50 yards just twice in that run. Carolina has allowed a tight end to score in three of the last four games and five of the last seven. In fact, five of the eight passing scores allowed all year by the Panthers have gone to tight ends.
Vikings at Packers, Sun., 1 p.m. ET
• Adrian Peterson had 83 total yards and a score in the first meeting with Green Bay this year. He has 100 total yards or a score in six straight against the Packers. Green Bay enters Week 12 having allowed at least 15 running back Fantasy points in four straight games and in that span, running backs have accumulated 606 total yards (464 rushing) with four touchdowns and 80 Fantasy points.• Cordarrelle Patterson, who scored in Week 10, led the Vikings with nine targets in Week 11 but had only three catches for 28 yards. The Packers have allowed six receiver touchdowns in their last three games alone.
• John Carlson has made two starts for the Vikings and has topped 60 yards in both. He has caught 12 of his 14 targets for 167 yards and a touchdown. He is red hot and will take on a Green Bay defense that has not allowed a tight end to score or reach 60 yards in four straight games. However, Kyle Rudolph led tight ends with 51 yards in that four-game run where Green Bay has limited the position to three points per game.
• Scott Tolzien (339 yards against the Giants) is definitely worth a look against the Vikings, who have allowed a league-high 23 passing touchdowns this year. Four straight quarterbacks (and eight of 10 on the year) have thrown for multiple scores and produced 22-plus Fantasy points against the Vikes, who give up 23.8 points per game to the position, second most in the NFL.
• Eddie Lacy had 112 total yards and a score in the first meeting with the Vikes and now has 80-plus total yards or a score in seven straight games himself. Lacy has scored in four of his last five games and Minnesota has allowed 10 running back scores in the last seven games. The Vikes are giving up 20.2 Fantasy points per game to the position during that span.
• The Vikings have allowed a receiver to score in nine straight games and have given up 11 total receiver touchdowns during that span. The Vikings are giving up 24.2 Fantasy points per game to the position this year, 10th most in the NFL.
• Jarrett Boykin now has 80-plus yards in four of his last five games. In two games with Tolzien, Boykin has been targeted 21 times and has caught 14 passes for 203 yards. He has at least six catches and 90 yards in both games and is my No. 2 receiver for the Pack right now.
• Jordy Nelson led the Pack with eight catches for 117 yards on nine targets last week and is solidly the top option in Green Bay.
• In his last three games since returning from injury, James Jones has a total of seven catches for 116 yards. He has scored in two of his last three against the Vikes.
• Five of the last six defenses to face the Vikes have 13-plus points, including the Packers, who registered three sacks and a touchdown against them in Week 8.
Jaguars at Texans, Sun., 1 p.m. ET
• Maurice Jones-Drew has a touchdown or 100-plus total yards in three straight games and four of his last five. He is averaging 10 Fantasy points per game over the last five and will take on a reeling Texans team. The Texans have allowed over 100 rushing yards to backs in each of the last two weeks and over 100 total yards to backs in seven straight games. Rashad Jennings just gashed them for 150 yards and a touchdown on the ground in Week 11 and the Texans are giving up 110 yards rushing, 139.5 total yards and 16.3 points per game during that span.
• Cecil Shorts is unhappy that he has seen only nine targets the last two games combined (he was averaging well over nine per game entering Week 10). He has just four catches for 64 yards in those two games and has not scored in five straight games. The Texans have allowed a receiver to score in three straight games and have given up six total in those games.
• In case you were wondering, Ace Sanders led the Jags with 10 targets and eight catches (for 61 yards) in Week 11.
• Ben Tate ran 19 times for 88 yards and caught four passes for 29 yards to produce 117 total in Week 11. The Jags locked down the Cardinals running backs last week, holding Andre Ellington and Rashard Mendenhall to 17 yards and a touchdown on 21 carries. In the last two weeks, the Jags have given up just 69 yards rushing on 42 carries to the backs of the Cardinals and the Titans, who combined for just 17 Fantasy points. In the three weeks prior, the Jags had given up 31-plus points to backs in every single game.
• Andre Johnson has 24 catches for 382 yards and five scores in his last three games. Both Larry Fitzgerald and Michael Floyd scored against the Jags, who gave up 38 points to the Cards receivers. Receivers have produced at least 22 Fantasy points against the Jags in six of the last eight games.
• DeAndre Hopkins was benched for mental errors in the team's Week 11 loss to the Raiders.
• Garrett Graham is coming off of a career-best game in which he caught seven of his 13 targets for 136 yards and a touchdown against the Raiders.
• Jacksonville has allowed a tight end to score in six of the last eight games and have given up eight total during that span. Rob Housler did not score against them in Week 11, but had a solid game with six catches for 70 yards. Tight ends have at least 70 yards or a touchdown in eight straight games and are averaging 13.5 Fantasy points per game against the Jags during that run.
Jets at Ravens, Sun., 1 p.m. ET
• Geno Smith had a dreadful game in Week 11, completing just eight of his 23 passes for 103 yards and a pick. He is just 16 of 42 for 218 yards and the three picks the last two games combined.• Chris Ivory has rushed for 98-plus yards in three of his last four games with 100-plus in two of them. He has scored in each of his last two games while rushing for 237 yards on just 33 carries (7.1 yards per carry). Running backs have scored, topped 100 total yards and produced exactly 18 Fantasy points in each of the last two games against the Ravens.
• The Jets have given up 54 points to opposing defenses in their last two road games (30 to the Bengals and 24 to the Bills last week). Over the last five games, defenses are averaging 17.4 points per game against the Jets. Baltimore is averaging 16.5 Fantasy points per game at home this year.
• Santonio Holmes led the Jets with eight targets and caught two of them for 71 yards in his return to action in Week 11. He is the only Jets receiver to even consider playing on any given week.
• Ray Rice is coming off of his best game of the year as he rushed for 131 yards (only his second game over 50 yards) and a touchdown on 25 carries against the Bears. Chicago is one of the worst run defenses in the NFL and it could be back to reality for Ray Ray in Week 12.
• Only two running back groups have rushed for more than 65 yards against the Jets all year long. Not a single one has topped 90 yards as the Jets boast the league's toughest run defense at 63.3 yards per game and 2.9 yards per carry to running backs this year. The Jets are allowing only 12 points per game to backs -- fourth fewest in the NFL -- and just held the Bills to 45 yards rushing on 29 carries.
• Torrey Smith has scored in two straight games and takes on a Jets pass defense that has given up an average of 12 Fantasy points per game to the opposing No. 1 outside receiver over the last three weeks. Smith had 85-plus yards receiving in each of his first five games this year, but has not reached 80 yards in any of his last five games.
• Dallas Clark has scored in three of his last five games but has a grand total of 55 yards receiving in his last four games. Tight ends have produced at least seven Fantasy points in seven of the last eight games against the Jets and have three scores in the last three games.
Chargers at Chiefs, Sun., 1 p.m. ET
• Philip Rivers has thrown for multiple passing scores in only one of his last five games and is averaging just 16.6 points per game during that span. Only one quarterback all year has thrown for multiple scores or topped 16 Fantasy points on passing totals alone against the Chiefs this year.• Ryan Mathews ran for 127 yards against the Dolphins in Week 11 and now has 100-plus yards rushing in three of his last five games. Mathews has 10-plus Fantasy points in five of his last six full games.
• Danny Woodhead is coming off of his worst game of the year with just seven touches and 36 total yards. He has not produced 50 total yards in either of his last two games after topping 70 in each of the six games prior to this slump. He played only 24 snaps in Week 11, his lowest total since Week 1.
• Running backs have rushed for over 100 yards and produced at least 23 Fantasy points in each of the last two games against the Chiefs. In each of those games, two backs have produced at least seven Fantasy points.
• Keenan Allen has at least six catches, 100 yards and a touchdown in three of his last six games. He has 10 catches for 153 yards in the other three. Allen has been held below 50 yards in each of the last two games. A receiver has at least 12 Fantasy points in five straight games against the Chiefs.
• Antonio Gates ended his touchdown slump against the 'Fins in Week 11. The Chiefs have given up only one tight end touchdown all year and it went to Julius Thomas last week. Two of the last three tight ends against the Chiefs have produced eight or more Fantasy points (Jordan Cameron was the other).
• Alex Smith has 25-plus points in two of his last three games, but has eight or fewer in three of his last six. Amazingly, Smith has as many 40-yard rushing games as Cam Newton, Colin Kaepernick and Russell Wilson this year. Peyton Manning is the only quarterback in the last five to throw for multiple scores against the Chargers. The other four are averaging less than 11 Fantasy points per game during that run.
• Jamaal Charles has not scored in three straight games and has failed to reach 100 total yards in each of the last two (his only two games like that all year). The Chargers have given up over 100 total yards to backs in four straight and have surrendered five scores during that span as well (19 points per game).
• Dwayne Bowe has been targeted 26 times the last two weeks but has caught only 11 of them for 122 yards and one score. He does not have a 70-yard game yet this year and has one score in his last six games. A wide receiver has scored in only one of the last five games against San Diego.
• No defense has scored 10 Fantasy points in five straight games against the Chargers. After racking up 35 sacks in their first seven games, the Chiefs have exactly one sack in their last three combined.
Buccaneers at Lions, Sun., 1 p.m. ET
• Matthew Stafford has produced multiple scores in every game but one this year and has 13 touchdown passes in his last five games. Six straight quarterbacks have thrown for multiple scores against the Bucs and quarterbacks are averaging 26.5 points per game.• Reggie Bush was reportedly benched in Week 11 and finished with 54 total yards on 12 touches. Joique Bell had 12 touches for 97 total yards and a score in that game, but got hurt and his Week 12 status is in doubt. The Bucs have given up two running back rushing touchdowns all year and have held the opponent's running backs to fewer than 80 yards in three of the last five and 30 or fewer in two the last five. The Falcons got a garbage time touchdown against them last week, otherwise the numbers would be tougher. If Bell is out, look for Bush to have a monster bounce back game. I am not worried about the "benching" at all.
• Nate Burleson was averaging 6.3 catches and 79.7 yards per game before getting hurt. Opposing secondary/slot receivers are killing the Bucs and have scored a touchdown with 13-plus Fantasy points in three straight games.
• Tampa Bay has not allowed a tight end to reach 55 yards since Week 2 and has given up just one score to the position during that span, which is tough for Brandon Pettigrew.
• Five straight quarterbacks and six of the last seven have thrown for multiple scores and produced 20-plus points against the Lions. Ben Roethlisberger just roasted them for 367 yards and four scores, so look for Mike Glennon -- who has multiple passing scores in four of his last six games -- to once again offer solid Week 12 value.
• The Lions have not allowed 100 total yards, a touchdown or 10 Fantasy points to tailbacks in four straight games (the Steelers did have a non-Fantasy relevant fullback score). During that span they are giving up an average of just 79.8 total yards and 7.5 Fantasy points per game to the position.
• It will be quite the test for Bobby Rainey, who has scored in each of his last two games and had one of the best "first starts" in NFL history. Last week -- in his first start -- Rainey ran 30 times for 163 yards and two scores while adding two catches for four yards and another touchdown. A total of 167 yards and three scores is not too shabby, and Rainey is worth a look again this week even though it is a tough matchup.
• Start Vincent Jackson as always against the Lions, who have allowed 32 Fantasy points and multiple scores to receivers in four straight games and six of the last seven. In the last four weeks alone, receivers have 873 yards, 10 touchdowns and have netted 146 Fantasy points (league-high 36.5 points per game).
• The opposing No. 2 receiver has scored or topped 100 yards in seven straight games against this Detroit defense, so if you wanted to take a flier this week, Tiquan Underwood is your guy.
• Timothy Wright has been targeted only three times the last two weeks and has two catches for 32 yards. That's over 10 yards per target, but the man needs some chances! The Lions have allowed only one tight end touchdown all year and have given up 10 total points to Jason Witten, Martellus Bennett and Heath Miller the last three weeks.
Steelers at Browns, Sun., 1 p.m. ET
• Ben Roethlisberger is red hot with four or more scores in two of his last three games and over 350 yards passing in both. The Browns have allowed multiple passing scores in five straight games and have given up 15 total during that span. Quarterbacks are averaging 25.2 Fantasy points per games against the Browns since Week 5.• Le'Veon Bell has 88 total yards or a touchdown in five straight games and is averaging 10.6 points per game during that span. The Browns have allowed at least 125 total yards to backs and 14-plus points in four of their last five games.
• An opposing secondary receiver has scored in each of the last four games against the Browns, with the opposing No. 2 receiver netting four scores over the four weeks. Both Emmanuel Sanders (check his foot status) and Jerricho Cotchery (who has scored in three straight games with five total touchdowns) are good options. If Sanders is out, Cotchery becomes a great No. 3 receiver this week.
• Antonio Brown is on fire with back-to-back 100-yard games and 49 Fantasy points in his last three games. A.J. Green had five straight 100-yard games before he ran into Joe Haden in Week 11 and limped away with two catches for seven yards. No receiver has gotten to 90 yards against Haden this year and he has given up only one touchdown. Not a single receiver has topped 10 Fantasy points against him in 2013. This will be an epic battle.
• Heath Miller has not scored in four straight games and has just one score on the year. He had eight catches for 67 yards last week, which was his best game since Week 6. Tight ends have scored and produced 13-plus Fantasy points in three of the last five against the Browns.
• Jason Campbell's run of great games ended in Week 11 as he threw three interceptions and produced only nine Fantasy points against the Bengals. Since Week 4, only Tom Brady and Matt Stafford have thrown for multiple scores or topped 15 Fantasy points against the Steelers.
• Josh Gordon has 125-plus yards with a score in two of his last three games and has more than 100 yards receiving in three of his last five. Calvin Johnson just roasted the Steelers for 179 yards and two scores and Aaron Dobson had 130 and two scores in Week 9.
• Jordan Cameron did catch six passes in Week 11, but they netted only 29 yards. He has 114 yards and no scores in three games with Campbell at quarterback. Pittsburgh has allowed a tight end to score in three of the last five games, but only Rob Gronkowski has topped 60 yards against them since Week 2.
Bears at Rams, Sun., 1 p.m. ET
• No quarterback has produced 20 Fantasy points against the Rams since Week 3 and they are averaging 14.4 points per game. Josh McCown will make another start for the Bears this week and is coming off of a 14-point Fantasy day against the Ravens.• Matt Forte leads all running backs with nine games of 10-plus Fantasy points this year. Backs have at least 180 total yards and 23 Fantasy points in each of the last two games against the Rams. Amazingly in Week 9, the Rams gave up 188 yards rushing to backs. In Week 10, they allowed 179 yards receiving to the position.
• Alshon Jeffery still got to 100 total yards last week and now has 100 total yards or a touchdown in six of his last seven games, including all three with McCown at quarterback.
• Martellus Bennett has not produced 50 yards in four straight games and has just one touchdown since Week 2. The Rams have not allowed a tight end to score or reach 50 yards in six straight games and have allowed a total of 16 Fantasy points to the position during that run.
• Zac Stacy has at least 12 Fantasy points in four straight games. In that stretch, he is averaging 27.25 touches, 115.5 total yards, one touchdown and 17 Fantasy points per game. The Bears just made 2013 Ray Rice look like pre-2013 Ray Rice in Week 12 and backs have rushed for 123-plus yards in five straight games against the Bears. Backs have scored eight times during that run and are averaging 25 points per game.
• Tavon Austin had the monster game before the bye week with 138 yards and two scores on his two catches. Keep in mind that he was targeted only three times and played only 15 of the team's 55 snaps. Now, he did run eight of the 18 routes, but I want to see more before I trust him.
• Chris Givens has topped 50 yards in all of Kellen Clemens' starts and is the team's top outside receiver. With no Charles Tillman, he has the chance to score this week against a Bears team that has given up eight scores to the opposing No. 1 receiver this year, second most in the NFL.
• The Rams defense is averaging 18.8 Fantasy points per game over the last six games. They have topped 18 Fantasy points in four of those and 30 in two of them. Only one of the last six defenses to face the Bears has even hit 10 Fantasy points.
Colts at Cardinals, Sun., 4:05 p.m. ET
• Andrew Luck has just one touchdown pass in his last two games, but still has eight total in his last four games. Only two of the last seven quarterbacks to face the Cardinals have reached 20 points and both hit the 25 point mark with three scores. The other five combined to average just 11 Fantasy points per game.• Donald Brown is clearly the back to go with in Indy if you want to trust either of the two. Brown is coming off of his best game this year as he ran for 80 yards and two touchdowns on a season-high 14 carries. Brown has scored in each of his last two games while Trent Richardson has not scored in six straight games.
• The Cardinals have only allowed three running backs to score all year and only Frank Gore and Marshawn Lynch have topped 90 yards rushing against them. Arizona is giving up 67.2 yards per game on the ground to backs this year, second fewest in the NFL (3.3 yards per carry).
• T.Y. Hilton was held to five catches for 44 yards by the tough Tennessee secondary in Week 11, but had 100-plus yards in each of his two previous games. Patrick Peterson will be a tough test for Hilton and only Calvin Johnson and Andre Johnson have scored on him this year.
• Coby Fleener had a career-high 107 yards receiving on eight catches last time out and has at least 60 yards or a touchdown in three of his last four games. The Cardinals allow the most yards (89), touchdowns (1.0) and Fantasy points per game (13.8) per game to tight ends.
• Believe it or not, Carson Palmer has thrown two touchdown passes in three straight games and four of the last five. The Colts have given up multiple passing scores in three of the last four games and four of the last six. Quarterbacks are averaging 23.5 Fantasy points per game during that run.
• Andre Ellington played 29 snaps in Week 11 and picked up a disappointing seven total yards on 10 touches against the Jags. Rashard Mendenhall played 36 snaps and racked up 27 total yards and a touchdown on 16 touches. It was a bad effort from the Cardinals against what had been a vulnerable run defense prior to that game.
• The opposing starting running back has at least 10 Fantasy points in nine of 10 games against the Colts this year. The Colts have allowed four rushing scores in their last seven games and are surrendering 112 yards per game on the ground over their last six games. Backs have scored three times in the last two against the Colts and have produced 21 Fantasy points in each of those two games.
• Larry Fitzgerald has scored in every game with seven or more targets this year and has not scored in any game with six or fewer. He has five games of each this year.
• Michael Floyd had six catches for a career-high 193 yards and a touchdown against the Jags in Week 11. He has a touchdown in each of his last two full games and has 70 yards or a touchdown in four straight. The Colts have allowed multiple receiver scores in three of the last four games and four of the last six with 10 total scores allowed during that run.
• Rob Housler now has 50-plus yards receiving in three of his last four games and has been a Top 12 tight end in each of the last two games. Delanie Walker torched the Colts for 91 yards and a touchdown in Week 11. Two of the last four tight ends to face the Colts have a score and 10-plus points against them.
• The Cards defense is hot with 49 Fantasy points in their last three games, but only two teams all year have produced 10 Fantasy points against the Colts.
Titans at Raiders, Sun., 4:05 p.m. ET
• Outside of the Nick Foles explosion, no quarterback has tossed multiple scores or topped 13 Fantasy points against the Raiders since Week 5, so keep your Ryan Fitzpatrick expectations realistic.• Chris Johnson has five total scores in his last four games, including two multiple touchdown games. He is averaging 18 Fantasy points per game over the last four and takes on a Raiders team that has allowed 10-plus points to the opposing primary ball carrier in eight straight games (with a touchdown in seven of them).
• Kendall Wright has 16 catches for 158 yards the last two weeks and now has at least nine targets, seven catches, and 78-plus yards in three of his last four games.
• Delanie Walker has 50-plus yards and a touchdown in three of his last four games. Walker has scored in each of the last two games with Fitzpatrick and is coming off of a career-best 91 yards with a touchdown on 10 catches in Week 11.
• Rashad Jennings is the only Raider to start this week and hopefully Darren McFadden is not back to muddy the waters. Jennings has 100-plus total yards in three straight games and just ran for 150 yards and a touchdown on 22 carries against the Texans in Week 11. Jennings has 340 yards rushing and two scores on the ground the last three weeks and is averaging six yards per carry. Jennings has also caught 11 passes for another 91 yards.
• The Titans have given up 20-plus Fantasy points to backs in six straight games and have allowed multiple running back scores in five straight. Backs are averaging 154 total yards, 1.8 touchdowns and 25 Fantasy points per game over the last six.
• No wide receiver has produced 10 Fantasy points or scored in eight straight games against the Titans, who are giving up a league-low 9.5 points per game to the position since Week 2.
Cowboys at Giants, Sun., 4:25 p.m. ET
• Tony Romo has multiple touchdowns in five straight games against the Giants. The Giants enter Week 12 having not allowed multiple touchdowns of any kind in four straight games, and they have not given up a single passing score in any of those four games. Quarterbacks have 21 Fantasy points combined in the last four games!• DeMarco Murray has 125-plus total yards in each of his last two games against the Giants, but this could be a tough road in Week 12. The Giants have allowed two running back scores in the last seven games, but only Rashad Jennings has rushed for more than 70 yards against them during that span. The Giants have held Jamaal Charles, Matt Forte, Adrian Peterson, Eddie Lacy and LeSean McCoy (twice) all under 70 yards rushing.
• The Giants have not allowed a receiver to score in four straight games, but I still like Dez Bryant. Amazingly, Bryant was held to just 22 yards in the season opener against the Giants and has not scored in four straight games against them. Still, both Jordy Nelson (117 yards) and Jarrett Boykin (91 yards) did well last week. They are the only two receivers to get to 70 yards against the Giants in the last four, however.
• Jason Witten peaked in Week 1 with eight catches for 70 yards and two scores against the Giants. He has 16-plus points in each of his last two games against the Giants, but they have not allowed a tight end to score or top six Fantasy points in five straight games.
• Eli Manning has multiple passing scores in just one of his last nine games, but did top 250 yards for the second time in his last eight when he threw for 279 and a score against Green Bay last week. Eli did have 452 yards and four scores in the season opener, but that sure seems like a different Eli. If you are a gambler, you can take a shot on Eli against the 'Boys. After all, Dallas is giving up a league-high 329 yards and 25 Fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks.
• Andre Brown "eased" back into action with 31 carries for 115 yards and a touchdown in his 2013 debut back in Week 10. He followed that up last week with 93 total yards on 21 touches against Green Bay but saw his touchdown vultured by the returning Brandon Jacobs.
• Dallas has given up 111-plus yards rushing, 177-plus total yards, at least one touchdown and 23-plus Fantasy points to running backs in six of the last seven games. Over the last three games, Dallas has been the worst in the NFL! They have given up 515 yards rushing (5.9 yards per carry), six rushing touchdowns, 228 yards receiving, two receiving touchdowns (yes, that's 743 total yards and eight total touchdowns) and 116 Fantasy points to running backs. The scary thing is that their best defensive player -- Sean Lee -- will be out for this game.
• Victor Cruz has not scored in six straight games but he did have eight catches for 110 yards to have his first double-digit point game during that run. He did have 118 yards and three scores against the 'Boys in the season opener.
• Hakeem Nicks has not scored in 13 straight games and has been below six Fantasy points in six of his last eight. Nicks will try to recapture the magic that led him to 114 yards in the season opener.
• Rueben Randle has scored in five of his last six games for the Giants with six total scores during that span. Randle had 101 yards in the season opener and it definitely seems insane to think that all three Giants receivers could have 100 yards in the same game. Week 1 sure was a long time ago and the Giants receivers combined for 51 Fantasy points against them in that game.
• Dallas has given up 33-plus to the receivers of both the Saints (33) and the Lions (43) within the last three weeks and, yes, that is even with all of those insane running back numbers.
Broncos at Patriots, Sun., 8:30 p.m. ET
• In his last three games against Bill Belichick and the Patriots, Peyton Manning has thrown for 1,068 yards and 11 touchdowns. He has not been below 327 yards passing or three touchdowns in any of those games (he had 345 yards and three scores last year with Denver).• Knowshon Moreno received a season-high 27 carries last week against the Chiefs but picked up only 79 yards rushing and did not catch a single pass or score a touchdown. It was his highest share of the team's rushing attempts in any game this season, but also marked his second-straight game without a touchdown. Moreno still has 13 touchdowns while producing 10 or more Fantasy points in 12 of his last 15 games.
• Montee Ball emerged as the red zone back for the Broncos in Week 11 and scored two touchdowns. Keep an eye on this, because if it becomes a trend, it could severely dampen the upside of Moreno going forward.
• The Patriots have allowed over 100 yards rushing to backs in five of the last six games and they have given up four back touchdowns during that span. Running backs are averaging 17.5 points per game against the Pats during that span. Two teams have had more than 90 yards receiving from their backs in those six games as well.
• Demaryius Thomas has a touchdown or 100 yards receiving in four straight games and 100-plus receiving yards in each of the last two.
• Wes Welker has just one touchdown in his last four games, but you better believe he wants to score 20 in Belichick's face. He leads the NFL with nine red zone touchdown grabs.
• Eric Decker has only one game of more than 10 Fantasy points in his last five games. He has caught 12 of his 18 targets for 165 yards and no scores in the last three games alone.
• A wide receiver has scored in five straight games against the Patriots and receivers have scored six times in the last two games alone.
• Julius Thomas has a touchdown in four of his last five games and is second among all tight ends with nine.
• Tom Brady has only two games with 20-plus Fantasy points all year and has thrown for multiple touchdowns just once since Week 4. The Broncos have allowed 12 passing scores in their last three games and three of the last six quarterbacks to face them have produced 26-plus Fantasy points. Brady had 233 passing yards and one touchdown against Denver last year, but added a rushing score as well.
• Stevan Ridley has a touchdown in five straight games with seven total during that span. A running back has scored in nine of the 10 games against the Broncos this year and Ridley had 151 yards and a score against them in 2012.
• Shane Vereen led the Patriots running backs with 34 snaps played and caught eight passes for 65 yards in his Week 11 return. He now has 15 catches for 123 yards in only two games this year and takes on a Denver team that has allowed a league-high five receiving scores to running backs.
• Rob Gronkowski has scored in each of his last two games and has at least 11 Fantasy points in three of his four starts this year.
• In Week 11, the Patriots receivers were as follows in terms of snaps played and routes run: Julian Edelman (59/39), Aaron Dobson (53/37), Danny Amendola (49/36) and Kenbrell Thompkins (14/eight). Amendola has only one score on the year and has been below 50 yards receiving in two of his last three. Dobson is the one to gamble on as an outside receiver, since he has at least seven targets in four of his last five games and five in every one of them.
• Denver has not allowed more than 130 yards receiving to receivers in four straight games. The Broncos have allowed three receiver touchdowns during that stretch and an average of 16 Fantasy points per game. All three touchdowns went to outside receivers, with two going to the No. 2 and only one to the opposing No. 1.
49ers at Redskins, Mon., 8:30 p.m. ET
• Colin Kaepernick has thrown for more than 200 yards once since Week 1 and has only three passing touchdowns in his last three games. He did toss two scores against the Saints last week and will look to build on that against the Redskins, which just gave up 298 yards passing (11.5 yards per attempt) and 47 yards rushing with a score to Nick Foles. The 'Skins have allowed eight passing scores, one quarterback score and an average of 23 Fantasy points per game to quarterbacks over their last four games.• The Redskins have allowed 10 running back rushing scores (11 total running back scores) in their last six games. Running backs are averaging 146 total yards, 1.83 touchdowns and 22.9 Fantasy points per game during that span, so Frank Gore will get back to business in Week 12. LeSean McCoy had 150 total yards and two scores against the 'Skins himself last week.
• Anquan Boldin scored last week and it was his first score in the last six games. He still has eclipsed 75 yards receiving just once since Week 1, but could do better against a Washington defense that is giving up an average of 11 Fantasy points per game to the opposing No. 1 receiver over the last four weeks. Three of the last four No. 1's have reached 75-plus yards receiving as well against the 'Skins.
• Tight ends have 60 yards or a touchdown in eight of the Redskins nine games this year. Vernon Davis has six scores in his last seven games and is averaging a ridiculous 1.91 Fantasy points per target.
• The Redskins have been sacked four times in each of the last two games, but only two of the last five defenses to play them have produced 10-plus Fantasy points. The 49ers have at least 14 Fantasy points in six of their last seven games, with the lone exception coming at New Orleans.
• Robert Griffin III now has five touchdown passes in his last two games and has added 88 yards rushing to boot. It is his first two-game stretch of 26-plus Fantasy points since last year and only his second streak of back-to-back 20-plus point games this year. Since Aaron Rodgers lit the 49ers up in Week 1, only two quarterbacks have thrown for multiple touchdowns and only one has reached 20 Fantasy points against the 49ers. Since Week 1, quarterbacks are averaging just 11.7 Fantasy points per game against the 49ers.
• Alfred Morris has received 20-plus carries and rushed for 93-plus yards in each of the last two games. He has 93-plus yards in five straight games now, but Alf does not have a single reception since Week 2! The 49ers have allowed a running back touchdown in four of their last five games and backs have produced at least 14 points in every one of them while averaging 16.8 Fantasy points per game. Backs also have at least 90 yards rushing in five of the last six against San Francisco.
• The 49ers have allowed only three receiver scores and three 10-point receivers since Week 1, but I am still going with Pierre Garcon, who has at least five catches in every single game this year.
• Jordan Reed left early in Week 11 with a concussion, but is expected to be ready for Week 12. No tight end has topped 60 yards against the 49ers this year, but they have allowed two tight end scores in their last four games. Thanks for reading another installment of The Fantasy Fact Sheet and good luck in Week 12.
Saints at Falcons, Thu., 8:30 p.m. ET
• Drew Brees will rebound in Week 12 against an Atlanta defense that has allowed multiple quarterback scores in every game this year and multiple passing scores in nine out of 10. Brees threw for 357 yards and two scores against the Falcons in Atlanta back in Week 1.• The Falcons have allowed 100 yards rushing, 150 total yards, a touchdown and 20-plus Fantasy points to running backs in four straight games. They have given up over 180 yards rushing and 25 Fantasy points to backs in three of those, including 182 yards rushing, two touchdowns and another 28 yards and a score receiving (34 Fantasy points).
• Pierre Thomas has at least 80 total yards in six straight games and 90-plus in four of them. Thomas also has at least five catches in three straight games. Darren Sproles (six catches for 88 yards in the first meeting) and Mark Ingram are both worth a look against a this awful Falcons defense.
• Marques Colston has at least five catches and 80 yards in back-to-back games. He scored on the Falcons in the season opener (68 yards and a touchdown) and should stay hot here against an Atlanta team that has allowed the opposing No. 1 over 10 Fantasy points in four of the last five games.
• Atlanta has allowed multiple receiver scores in three of the last five games and has given up 14 receiver scores, second most in the NFL. Kenny Stills is a good boom or bust choice for Week 12.
• Opposing defenses have scored at least 14 Fantasy points in four straight games against the Falcons and are averaging 17.8 points per game.
• Only one of the last five quarterbacks to face the Saints has thrown for multiple passing scores and not a single one has eclipsed 17 Fantasy points. They are averaging just 12.6 Fantasy points per game, which could be tough for Matt Ryan.
• Steven Jackson had his best game of the year against the Saints back in Week 1 when he ran 11 times for 77 yards and added five catches for 45 yards. The Saints have allowed a running back to score 10-plus Fantasy points in six of the last seven games. They have also given up a running back touchdown in four of the last five games with five total during that run.
• Roddy White scored his first touchdown of the year in Week 11. Harry Douglas has at least 80 yards receiving in four of his last five games, with three games of 120-plus yards in that span and two touchdowns. The Saints have allowed a wide receiver to score in two straight and five of the last six games. However, no receiver group has eclipsed 14 Fantasy points in three straight.
• Tony Gonzalez scored on the Saints in Week 1, but has one score in his last six games. No tight end group has topped 50 yards in three straight games against the Saints, who have also allowed only one score (Vernon Davis last week) to a tight end in their last six games.
