Peters is expected to be let go by the Raiders before the team returns from its Week 13 bye, Vic Tafur of The Athletic reports. Peters has had several instances this season in which his effort was called into question, culminating in Sunday's loss to Kansas City in which he was benched midway through the second quarter. He had an exchange with interim head coach Antonio Pierce and didn't return during the second half. Peters was reportedly almost cut earlier this year, and the team's patience has apparently worn out. The 30-year-old's statistical production is close to what he accomplished with the Ravens last year, as he tallied 43 tackles (28 solo), an interception, a touchdown and five pass defenses over his first 12 appearances with the Raiders. However, he wasn't as effective in pass coverage and missed some tackles in crucial games, so he's expected to part ways with the organization for the final few games of the year. Tyler Hall, Amik Robertson and Jack Jones are candidates to see increased playing time following the Raiders' Week 13 bye.

Peters (knee) logged a limited practice session Wednesday. Peters hurt his knee against the Giants in Week 9 and posted a DNP/LP/LP practice progression during Week 10 prep, though he was able to suit up this past Sunday against the Jets. The veteran cornerback played every one of Las Vegas' defensive snaps in that contest, but Wednesday's limited practice suggests that he's not yet clear of the knee issue. Peters probably has a good chance to play this coming Sunday versus Miami, though his participation during the remainder of Week 11 prep should determine whether he heads into the weekend with an injury designation.

Peters (knee) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's game against the Jets, Vincent Bonsignore of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports. The veteran cornerback was able to log limited practice sessions both Thursday and Friday after recording a DNP on Wednesday. If Peters is unable to suit up this Sunday, Jakorian Bennett and Amik Robertson are expected to see an uptick in work in the Raiders' secondary.

Peters (knee) was ruled out in the second half of Sunday's 30-6 win over the Giants. Prior to getting injured, Peters recorded two tackles (one solo) and a pass defensed. The veteran cornerback will look to recover before the Raiders host the Jets in Week 10.

Peters (calf) is questionable for Sunday's matchup against the Bengals. Peters has missed back-to-back games after suffering a calf strain in Week 15. The veteran cornerback was limited at practice Wednesday through Friday, so his availability will likely come down to a game-time decision Sunday.
