Reddick (neck) was listed as a full participant on the Jets' estimated injury report Tuesday, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports. After holding out of Jets' first seven games of the regular season while pursuing a new deal, Reddick made his Gang Green debut Sunday against the Patriots, during which he played 26 snaps on defense and did not record a tackle. He was listed as a limited practice participant on Monday's estimation due to a neck injury, but the 2017 first-round pick was listed as a full participant on Tuesday's report and appears to be past the issue. Reddick will look to be more productive during Thursday night's game against the Texans.

Interim head coach Jeff Ulbrich confirmed Friday that Reddick will make his Jets debut Sunday against the Patriots, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports. Reddick will first have to be added to the active roster from the exempt list, with that official transaction expected to take place in time for him to suit up Sunday against the Patriots. After a lengthy holdout saga that was resolved soon after Reddick acquired new representation, the two-time Pro Bowler is set to finally don green and white for the first time. Due to his late start, Reddick almost certainly won't be able to extend his streak of four consecutive seasons with double-digit sack totals.

Reddick is working towards suiting up in Week 8 at New England after agreeing to a new contract with the Jets, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. Reddick has sat out of the first seven games of the season in the hopes of pressuring the Jets to agree to a new contract, and after coming to an agreement with his team Sunday, it appears he's now on track to make his 2024 debut in Week 8. He figures to play a significant role right off the bat for a 2-5 club in need of a spark.

Reddick reached agreement Sunday with the Jets on an adjusted contract for the 2024 season, bringing an end to his holdout, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. Acquired from the Eagles in late March for a conditional 2026 third-round draft pick, Reddick has been away from the Jets since the beginning of training camp while he's been in pursuit of a new deal. Reddick, who is in the final season of a three-year, $45 million deal, accrued over $12 million in fines for missing workouts, practices and the Jets' first six games of the season, but New York has agreed to give him a bonus to cover those fines with the understanding that the 30-year-old will honor the rest of his contract, per Schefter. Reddick's agent, Drew Rosenhaus, said that his client will continue to work toward a long-term extension with the Jets, though any new contract will surely be contingent on how the edge rusher performs over the rest of the season. Reddick will remain out for Sunday's game against the Steelers, but he will report to the team facility Monday and could make his Jets debut as soon as Week 8 at New England.

Reddick (contract dispute) will miss a second consecutive game Sunday against the Titans, and the defensive end doesn't appear to be close to working out a new contract with the Jets, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. Reddick has yet to report to the Jets since the start of training camp and has now racked up north of $8 million in fines, unearned salary and bonus forfeiture while he holds out for a new deal. Given that he hasn't practiced all season and remains in a stalemate with the Jets, Reddick appears safe to rule out through Week 3, when New York will host the Patriots in a Thursday night game.
