Meyers should benefit with Gardner Minshew remaining the starting quarterback for the Raiders heading into Week 11 at Miami, and I like Meyers as a solid No. 2 receiver in all leagues. He's hot coming off the bye for Las Vegas since he scored at least 17.2 PPR points in each of his past two games against the Chiefs and Bengals. He has 18 targets over that span for 14 catches, 157 yards, and a touchdown, and he should have success against the Dolphins, who have allowed five receivers to score at least 14 PPR points in the past three games.

Meyers has been WR15 on a per-game basis since Week 3. He's scored at least 17 PPR Fantasy points in each of his last two games since he returned from injury. He's priced like a number three wide receiver and will go overlooked because of questions about the offense and the quarterback.

Meyers secured eight of 11 targets for 105 yards in the Raiders' 41-24 loss to the Bengals on Sunday. The veteran wideout was the leader across the board for the Raiders' pass catchers despite middling quarterback play from both Gardner Minshew and Desmond Ridder. Meyers' reception, yardage and target totals were also all season-high figures, and he now has at least six receptions in four of the last five games. It remains to be seen what quarterback Meyers will work with in a Week 11 road matchup against the Dolphins on Sunday, Nov. 17 coming out of a Week 10 bye, but the sixth-year pro should remain the clear-cut leader of the wideout corps under any circumstance.

Meyers (ankle) was a full participant in Thursday's practice. After missing two straight games with the ankle injury, Meyers returned to action in this past Sunday's 27-20 loss to the Chiefs, playing 80 percent of the offensive snaps while finishing with six catches for 52 yards and a touchdown on seven targets. Meyers was limited in practice to kick off Week 9 prep, but his full session Thursday sets the stage for him to join tight end Brock Bowers as the clear top targets in the passing game for quarterback Gardner Minshew in Sunday's game against the Bengals.

Meyers is the No. 1 receiver for the Raiders with Davante Adams now in New York, and Meyers has scored at least 13.2 PPR points in each of his past two games. In Week 8 against Kansas City, Meyers had six catches for 52 yards and a touchdown on seven targets for 17.2 PPR points, and he gets a more favorable matchup in Week 9 against the Bengals. Three receivers have scored at least 13.4 PPR points against Cincinnati in the past two games, and I like Meyers as a No. 2 Fantasy receiver in all leagues.
