  • Bills' Taylor Rapp: Tending to calf injury
    By RotoWire

Rapp (calf) did not participate at Buffalo's walkthrough practice Wednesday. It's not immediately clear when Rapp picked up the calf issue, but his availability for the wild-card round is now in question. If he can't get back to practice Thursday or Friday, he'll likely have to sit out Sunday.

  • Rapp logged one tackle on seven defensive snaps in Sunday's Week 17 win over the Patriots. With Jordan Poyer and Micah Hyde healthy and playing every defensive snap, Rapp took a back seat after starting the previous two games. He's quality depth for the Buffalo defense and has 49 tackles (33 solo), one fumble recovery and 0.5 sacks on the year.

  • Bills' Taylor Rapp: Gets back on field
    By RotoWire

Rapp (neck) logged a full practice Wednesday. Rapp has come out of the Bills' bye week healthy after missing the team's Week 12 loss to the Eagles. Ultimately, it's a quick recovery, considering the 25-year-old left Buffalo's Week 11 win over the Jets in an ambulance. His return should be a boost to the depth of the Bills' secondary when they play the Chiefs on Sunday.

  • Bills' Taylor Rapp: Unavailable vs. Eagles
    By RotoWire

Coach Sean McDermott said Friday that Rapp (neck) is ruled out for Sunday's game against Philadelphia, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports. Rapp's absence will be significant for Buffalo's already-shorthanded secondary, especially with Dane Jackson (concussion) also ruled out for Week 12. With Rapp out, Damar Hamlin could get a chance to handle depth work on defense for the second time this season. Rapp's next chance to play will come Week 14 vs. the Chiefs, after a much-needed bye.

  • Bills' Taylor Rapp: Set to start Week 10
    By RotoWire

Rapp is expected to take over the starting role at strong safety with Micah Hyde (neck) ruled out for Monday's game against the Broncos, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports. Rapp has mostly contributed in a depth safety role and on special teams this season. With Hyde out, Rapp will fill in at strong safety opposite Jordan Poyer. Rapp got the start in Week 4 against the Dolphins when Poyer was ruled out with a knee injury, and the former played every single defensive snap and recorded six tackles (five solo).
