Gill was waived by the Buccaneers on Monday, Greg Auman of Fox Sports reports. Gill has been Tampa Bay's punter for their last eight games, but the team will now go in a different direction. The third-year pro's 43.3 yards per punt is among the lowest in the league, and he had a rough day against the Panthers on Sunday.
