  • Landman (concussion) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice, Stu Jackson of the Rams' official site reports. Landman returned to practice as a full participant but has not yet officially cleared the NFL's five-step concussion protocol. With a return to full practice, the announcement that Landman is all set to suit up for Sunday's game against the Chargers should come soon. If Landman is ready to play, Grant Stuard and Shaun Dolac should see less action in Week 8.

  • Landman (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Raiders, Gary Klein of the Los Angeles Times reports. Landman entered the league's concussion protocol following the Rams' Week 6 loss to the Cardinals, and he was unable to practice all week. His next chance to play is Week 8 against the Chiefs on Sunday, Nov. 1, though he would have to return to practice in at least a limited capacity to have a realistic shot at playing in that contest. The Rams may turn to Grant Stuard, Shaun Dolac or practice squad linebacker Eric Kendricks in Landman's absence.

  • Landman (concussion) did not participate in Wednesday's practice, Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register reports. Landman likely sustained his concussion in the Rams' Week 6 loss to the Cardinals. The linebacker has enterted the NFL's five-step concussion protocol and will need to upgrade his practice participation with the approval of an independent neurologist before being cleared for game-day activities. If Landman cannot clear the league's protocol by Sunday's game against the Raiders, veteran linebacker Eric Kendricks could be called up to the active roster in his place.

  • Landman recorded 10 tackles (six solo) during the Rams' 18-16 loss to the Cardinals on Sunday. Landman led the Rams in total tackles Sunday, and it was his third consecutive game with double-digit stops. He's up to 51 combined tackles through six regular-season games, which leads the Rams and is 12th-most in the NFL. He's well on track to crack 100-plus tackles for a second-straight year and for the third time in his five-year NFL career.

  • Landman (shoulder) does not carry an injury designation into Monday night's game against the Bills, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports. Landman had his practice reps limited due to a shoulder issue, but he avoided an injury tag for MNF after logging a full practice Saturday. The fifth-year pro has 28 tackles (13 solo) and one pass defense through the first four games of the regular season.
