Swift has been a disaster so far through two games with the Bears. He's combined for 24 carries for 48 yards and four catches for 24 yards on six targets. He's had tough matchups against the Titans and Texans, but things should get better in Week 3 against the Colts. Indianapolis is without its best run-stopper in defensive tackle DeForest Buckner (ankle), who was placed on injured reserve. And the Colts have been absolutely abused through two games against Joe Mixon and Josh Jacobs, who have both rushed for at least 151 yards. Swift won't do that, and we'll see if Khalil Herbert gets more work moving forward, but I would gamble on Swift in this matchup as a No. 2 running back in all leagues.

Swift ran the ball 14 times for 18 yards and caught four of five targets for 24 yards in Sunday's primetime loss to the Texans. Swift has dominated the backfield touches in Chicago since signing with the team this past offseason. Unfortunately for his fantasy managers, the electric back has been grounded through two starts this season (2.0 YPC). In positive news, no other Chicago running back saw more than two carries or receptions in Sunday's lackluster offensive showing. Swift's next opportunity to prove his worth to his new club will come in the form of a road tilt against the Colts on Sunday.

Swift was awful in Week 1 against the Titans with 10 carries for 30 yards, and half of his 10 attempts went for one or fewer yards. He also had no catches on one target. Things will hopefully improve in Week 2 at Houston, but the Texans just held Jonathan Taylor to 16 carries for just 48 yards and a touchdown and no catches. I need to see Swift to do something positive before trusting him, and he's a flex at best in most leagues for Week 2.

Swift rushed the ball 10 times for 30 yards in Sunday's 24-17 win over the Titans. The game script didn't align for Swift to have a good game, as the Bears fell behind 17-3 by halftime and possessed the ball for only 25:07. He also wasn't impressive with the opportunity he received, as half of his 10 attempts went for one or fewer yards. Positively, Swift led the backfield as no other back on the roster saw more than two carries.

I'm curious to see how the Bears use Swift in tandem with Khalil Herbert and potentially Roschon Johnson, but I would only consider Swift a flex at best in this matchup. The Titans finished last season No. 5 in fewest Fantasy points allowed to opposing running backs, and Tennessee should be tough up front against the run again. I'm hopeful Swift will be involved in the passing game, but Caleb Williams will also take some rushing opportunities to potentially limit Swift's upside.
