Womack (illness) is active for Sunday's game versus Jacksonville. Womack was a late addition to the injury report on Saturday, but he's evidently feeling healthy enough to play Sunday. After playing zero defensive snaps in Week 1, Womack has started each of the last three games, seeing a season-high 80 percent snap share in Week 4. Womack has three tackles (two solo) and two pass breakups on the year.

Womack (illness) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Jaguars. Womack was added to the Colts' injury report Saturday and appears to be under the weather ahead of Sunday's divisional matchup. If Womack cannot play, Dallis Flowers would be slated to start at corner opposite Jaylon Jones while David Long -- who was elevated from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday -- would provide depth in the secondary.

Womack started at left cornerback and had one total tackle in Sunday's win over Chicago. He gave up a six-yard touchdown on the only pass targeted at him, according to Pro Football Focus. Womack played on 28 of the defense's 90 snaps but was inconsistent in coverage. He started at left cornerback but played fewer snaps (28) than Dallis Flowers (41 snaps), who came off the bench. However, Womack could play more snaps next week if Flowers misses time with a leg injury he sustained Sunday.

Womack (knee) is active for Thursday's matchup with the Seahawks, Lindsey Pallares of the 49ers' official website reports. Womack was activated off injured reserve earlier in the day. He will now be available to provide depth at cornerback if needed, as well as contribute on special teams.

Womack (knee) has been activated off injured reserve, but he remains questionable for Thursday's game in Seattle, Womack was designated to return from IR on Nov. 6, which opened a 21-day window for him to be activated. Thus, he has been activated to avoid passing that time limit, but it remains to be seen if he is healthy enough to suit up Thursday.
