Jones now has 37 stops (19 solo) in three games since being traded to the Seahawks by the Titans on Oct. 23. Jones has 81 tackles (48 solo) and three passes defensed on the year.

Jones (neck) is active for Sunday's game against the Rams, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports. Jones was listed as questionable but is cleared to play and face his former team. The veteran linebacker was traded by the Rams to the Titans just ahead of Week 1, but Tennessee then flipped him to Seattle before Week 8. Jones logged 15 tackles (seven solo) in his Seahawks debut last Sunday.

Jones (neck) is questionable for Sunday's matchup with the Rams, John Boyle of Seattle's official website reports. Jones popped up on the injury report Friday with neck stiffness, ultimately missing practice as a result. The linebacker will have a couple days to get right before the team's Week 9 contest with Los Angeles, but if he is unable to go, Drake Thomas and Tyrice Knight are candidates to step into a starting role.

The Seahawks traded Jerome Baker to the Titans for Ernest Jones on Wednesday, and Jones played every defensive snap and led the team in tackles Sunday. This was Jones' third double-digit tackling performance of the season. With his role seemingly secure in the Seahawks' defense, Jones should be a weekly IDP starter.

Tennessee traded Jones to Seattle on Wednesday in exchange for linebacker Jerome Baker and a fourth-round draft pick, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports. Jones has been an impact player at inside linebacker through six games of his fourth season in the league, and now he'll have a chance to play with what figures to be a more competitive team in the Seahawks. He should eventually start next to Tyrel Dodson.
