Horn recorded six total tackles (four solo) and defended two passes, including one interception, during Sunday's 26-3 loss to the Chargers. The 2021 first-round pick was burned by Quentin Johnston for a 29-yard touchdown in the first quarter of Sunday's contest, but Horn responded well, intercepting Justin Herbert later on that quarter. Horn is expected to remain the Panthers' top cornerback in Week 3 as the team travels to take on the Raiders.

With a hamstring injury sidelining him for a long stretch this season, Horn's overall impact was limited. Horn (toe) is active ahead of Sunday's game against the Jaguars, Darin Gantt of the Panthers' official site reports. Horn began Carolina's week of practice with back-to-back DNPs, but after a limited session Friday, it seems as if he'll be able to play through his toe issue Sunday. The third-year cornerback and the Panthers defense will look to rebound against a Jaguars squad that's led by backup quarterback C.J. Beathard in Week 17.

Horn (toe) did not participate at practice Wednesday, Mike Kaye of The Charlotte Observer reports. Horn played a season-high 61 defensive snaps during Sunday's loss versus the Packers, and it's not clear when he picked up the toe issue. In any case, if he can't get back to practice Thursday or Friday, he'll probably end up sitting out in Week 17.

Horn (hamstring) is listed as out for Sunday's game versus Dallas, David Newton of ESPN.com reports. Horn was designated to return from Carolina's injured reserve list Monday, but he'll have to wait at least one more week before he can actually return to action. Donte Jackson will once again start as the Panthers' top corner in Week 11.
