When on the field, Pickens often played about 40 percent of the snaps each week. After recording five tackles over his first six games, Pickens increased his production by averaging 4.7 stops over his last three contests. The defensive tackle is under contract with the Bears through 2026.

Pickens tallied 1.0 sacks and four tackles in the Bears' 34-17 loss to the Lions on Sunday. Pickens failed to post more than two stops in any game through Week 13, but the second-year player has recorded at least four tackles in each of the last three games. With three games being a trend, Pickens should be considered an IDP streamer as an interior defensive lineman.

Pickens (groin) is listed as out for Sunday's game at the Colts. Pickens will be sidelined for the second time this season in Week 3 as he continues to deal with a lingering groin issue. Chris Williams should continue to benefit from Pickens' absence in terms of playing time.

Head coach Matt Eberflus told reporters that Pickens (groin) won't practice Wednesday, Chris Emma of 670TheScore.com reports. Pickens sustained a groin injury during the Bears' Week 2 loss, so it's no surprise that the 24-year-old will be held out of Wednesday's practice. His participation in practice both Thursday and Friday will provide a greater indication of his Week 3 availability.

Pickens (groin) is questionable to return to Sunday's contest against the Texans. Pickens appears to have picked up a groin injury against Houston and his status for the rest of the game is now up in the air. In his absence, Chris Williams could see an increase in his workload at defensive tackle.
