Report: Raiders LB Nick Roach could miss 2015 season

Oakland Raiders linebacker Nick Roach's 2015 season could be in doubt already. According to the San Francisco Chroncle, Roach may be forced to sit out this coming season due to recurring headaches stemming from a concussion sustained last preseason. Raiders general manager Reggie McKenzie was asked about Roach's status during his media availability on Wednesday. “[T]hat decision is up to Nick and the medical staff," McKenzie said. "I am not going to rush him to play when mentally he’s not ready.” In 2013, Roach recorded 112 tackles, four forced fumbles and one interception — all of which were single-season bests. Prior to signing with Oakland in 2013, Roach spent six seasons with the Bears.
