Bengals make eight more moves to get to 75
In addition to the moves the Cincinnati Bengals made Monday, most notably releasing receiver Denarius Moore, the team cut seven more players to get down to the 75-man limit, per ESPN.com. The team released WR Desmond Lawrence, LB Nico Johnson, DT Kwame Geathers, DE Sam Montgomery, OG Chris Jasperse, TE John Peters and WR Tevin Reese. The team put FB Mark Weisman and WR Onterio McCalebb on the waived/injured list, LB Sean Porter on the reserve/PUP list and OT Cedric Ogbuehi on the reserve/non-football injury list.

Bengals make minor roster moves
The Cincinnati Bengals have waived defensive tackle Christo Bilukidi and signed cornerback Onterio McCalebb off their practice squad. Bilukidi has limited NFL experience. He has played in 13 games with Oakland and Cincinnati and recorded 10 tackles. McCalebb has yet to take a snap in an NFL game.

Bengals make flurry of moves Saturday
The Cincinnati Bengals made a slew of moves Saturday to pare their roster down to the required 53 for the regular season. Among those moves was the placement of guard Trey Hopkins on the reserve/injured list with a leg issue. Rookie quarterback AJ McCarron was put on the reserve/non-football injury list with a shoulder problem. The Bengals also cut the following offensive players: tackles Dan France and Will Svitek, wide receivers Colin Lockett and Cobi Hamilton, center Trevor Robinson and running backs James Wilder Jr. and Nikita Whitlock. Defenders waived by the Bengals include safety Danieal Manning, cornerbacks Onterio McCalebb and Victor Hampton, tackles Devon Still and David King and ends Sam Montgomery and Dontay Moch. Cornerback Chris Lewis-Harris will begin serving a two-game drug suspension handed dowsn by the league.

Bengals move seven players to active list
The Cincinnati Bengals have moved seven players -- defensive tackle Christo Bilukidi, guard Clint Boling, punter Kevin Huber, receiver Colin Lockett, cornerback Onterio McCalebb, guard Mike Pollak and cornerback Leon Hall to the active roster. They had all previously been on the PUP or NFI lists.

Geno Atkins, Leon Hall highlight sidelined Bengals
As the Cincinnati Bengals prepare to open training camp this week, they placed nine players on the Physically Unable to Perform list and another three on the Non-Football Injury list. All 12 players can come off both lists at any time. Defensive tackle Geno Atkins (knee), cornerback Leon Hall (Achilles), guard Clint Boling (knee), linebacker Marquis Flowers (hamstring), punter Kevin Huber (neck), receiver Colin Lockett (hamstring), defensive tackle Zach Minter (back), defensive tackle Devon Still (back) and receiver Ryan Whalen (hamstring) all were placed on PUP. In addition to receiver Marvin Jones (ankle), who might not be seriously hurt, the Bengals placed cornerback Onterio McCalebb (ankle) and quarterback AJ McCarron (shoulder) on their NFI list.

The Cincinnati Bengals signed receiver Cobi Hamilton, centers T.J. Johnson and Scott Wedige, defensive end David King, cornerback Onterio McCalebb and linebacker Bruce Taylor to reserve/futures contracts.

Dennis Roland among many cuts by Bengals
The Cincinnati Bengals have announced that veteran offensive lineman Dennis Roland, who started 24 games for them in 2009 and 2010, has been waived.The move was one of many cuts by the team on Saturday. The following players have also been released: wide receivers Cobi Hamilton, Taveon Rogers and Roy Roundtree, linebackers Bruce Taylor and J.K. Schaffer, cornerbacks Chris Lewis-Harris, Onterio McCalebb and Shaun Prater, offensive tackle Reid Fragel, safety Tony Dye, halfback Dan Herron, center T.J. Johnson, defensive end Dontay Moch, quarterback John Skelton, defensive tackle Terrence Stephens and guard John Sullen.The Bengals also placed running back Bernard Scott (knee) on the Reserve/PUP list and linebacker Emmanuel Lamur (shoulder) on the Reserve/Injured list.

McCalebb signs on as cornerback
Auburn's Onterio McCalebb, undrafted in April, was signed to the Bengals roster. While he played running back in college, he will work as a cornerback in minicamp and could get a look as a receiver too. McCalebb was primarily added for his kick-return skills.
