Max Bullough: Waived by Cleveland
Max Bullough was waived by the Browns on Thursday.Bullough has not appeared in an NFL game since his 2016 season with Houston, where he played 240 snaps in relief of an injured Brian Cushing. Despite playing well during that time, Houston released Bullough following a suspension for violating the NFL's policy on performance-enhancing substances. Bullough failed to solidify a role on Cleveland's offseason roster, and will go through the league's waiver system.

The typically lengthy injury report released Friday by the Houston Texans for their Sunday game against Tennessee has confirmed that linebacker Jadeveon Clowney (knee) will not play. Neither will cornerback Kareem Jackson (knee). Linebacker Akeem Dent (neck) is questionable. The other players on the report are probable. Texans promote LB Max Bullough to active roster
The Houston Texans announced linebacker Max Bullough has been promoted to the 53-man roster. To make room for Bullough on the active roster, the Texans had previously waived LB Zac Diles.
