The Cleveland Browns signed David Bell from the practice squad to the active roster Wednesday, Zac Jackson of The Athletic reports.Bell was waived by the Browns this past Thursday before joining the team's practice squad two days later. The 2022 third-round pick is back on the 53-man roster after Cleveland placed four players on injured reserve Wednesday. Bell appeared in 15 regular-season games for the Browns in 2023 and registered 14 catches (on 23 targets) for 167 yards and three touchdowns.
