Brandon Marshall: Working out for Colts
Brandon Marshall is slated to work out for the Colts on Friday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.Marshall has been off the fantasy radar the past couple of seasons, and at age 35, it's hard to imagine him making a big splash if he does catch on with the Colts. The team's wideout corps is currently headed by T.Y. Hilton, Devin Funchess, Chester Rogers and rookie Parris Campbell.

Brandon Marshall: Cut by New Orleans
Brandon Marshall was released by the Saints on Wednesday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.A healthy scratch the past four weeks, Marshall never actually played in a game during his month-long stint with the Saints. He caught 11 of 23 targets for 136 yards and a touchdown in six games for Seattle earlier in the season before 2017 seventh-round pick David Moore subsequently supplanted Marshall for the No. 3 receiver role. Marshall will have a tough time finding a spot with another team this season and may ultimately decide to retire.

Saints' Brandon Marshall: Healthy scratch yet again
Brandon Marshall (coach's decision) is listed as inactive Thursday at Dallas, Josh Katzenstein of The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports.A healthy scratch for a third consecutive game, Marshall again will don street clothes instead of pads as a member of the New Orleans Saints. It remains to be seen the scenario in which he'll be given a shot to play, but with Tre'Quan Smith back from a one-game absence, Marshall's services are needed less than they were on Thanksgiving against the Falcons, when he also was inactive.

Saints' Brandon Marshall: Debut with Saints delayed again
Brandon Marshall (coach's decision) is listed as inactive Thursday against the Falcons. In his first two chances to suit up as a member of the New Orleans Saints, Marshall has been deemed a healthy scratch. Granted, he's only been a part of the organization for 10 days, but rookie wide receiver Tre'Quan Smith (toe) also is inactive, so routes would have been available for Marshall. Instead, the Saints will roll with Michael Thomas, Keith Kirkwood and Austin Carr at wideout.

Saints' Brandon Marshall: Unlikely to make Saints debut
Brandon Marshall isn't expected to be active Sunday against the Eagles, Dianna Russini of ESPN reports.Marshall hasn't even spent a week with his new organization, so it's no surprise the 34-year-old is slated to be among the New Orleans Saints' inactives Week 11. While he works his way into the good graces of Sean Payton and Drew Brees, Marshall may have a tough time becoming a regular in an offense that revolves around Michael Thomas, Alvin Kamara and (to a lesser extent) Mark Ingram.

Brandon Marshall: Signing with Saints
Brandon Marshall is signing a one-year contract with the Saints on Monday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. The 34-year-old will step in as a backup plan for Dez Bryant, who suffered a torn Achilles on Friday in his second practice with the team. Marshall caught 11 of 23 targets for 136 yards (5.9 YPT) and a touchdown in seven games with the Seahawks earlier this season, eventually losing snaps to David Moore and ultimately getting released Oct. 30. The Saints probably expect Marshall to push Austin Carr for the No. 3 receiver job behind Michael Thomas and Tre'Quan Smith, with Ted Ginn (knee) stuck on injured reserve through at least Week 14. Aside from an injury to Thomas, it's hard to picture a scenario in which Marshall draws more than three or four targets per game. The Saints host the Eagles in Week 11.

Brandon Marshall: Visiting Saints, could sign Monday
Brandon Marshall will visit the Saints on Monday, with the team hoping to sign him to a contract, Nick Underhill of The New Orleans Advocate reports.Marshall worked out for the Saints last week, but despite him showing well, the team opted to sign Dez Bryant to boost its ailing receiving corps. Of course, Bryant would go on to tear his Achilles in his second practice with New Orleans, sending the Saints back to square one. With the 34-year-old Marshall still available, he could join the fold Monday. In seven games with the Seahawks this season, Marshall caught 11 of 23 targets for 136 yards and a touchdown but was released late last month.

Brandon Marshall: Eyeing agreement with Saints
The Saints are expected to work out Brandon Marshall early this week with the intention to sign him to a contract, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.Prior to the Saints inking Bryant to a deal Wednesday, both Marshall and Kamar Aiken went through auditions, only to remain free agents. In his first practice Friday, though, Bryant suffered an injury that an MRI later determined to be a torn Achilles. Bryant joins four other wide receivers on IR in New Orleans -- also, Ted Ginn (knee), Cameron Meredith (knee), Tommylee Lewis (knee) and Travin Dural (arm) -- necessitating yet another signing at the position. Between an injury-plagued 2017 and sparse usage with the Seahawks this season, Marshall combined for 29 catches (on 56 targets) for 290 yards and one touchdown in 12 games.

Brandon Marshall: Trying out with Detroit
Brandon Marshall recently went through a workout with the Lions, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM Radio reports.Recently let go by Seattle, the 34-year-old Marshall is reportedly intent on keeping his career alive, per ESPN's Adam Schefter. Given the Lions' lack of depth at wideout behind Marvin Jones and Kenny Golladay, Detroit initially appears like one of the few landing spots around the league that could realistically offer him a significant offensive role. However, it would be interesting to see how the 6-foot-5 veteran would fit into an offense already populated by the 6-foot-2 Jones and 6-foot-4 Golladay.
