Riley Patterson K | MIA
Lions' Riley Patterson: Loses job as kicker
Patterson (coach's decision) is inactive for Saturday's Week 15 contest against the Broncos.
After Patterson missed his second extra-point attempt in three weeks last Sunday in a loss to the Bears, Detroit signed veteran kicker Michael Badgley to the active roster. The team will turn to Badgley against Denver on Saturday night while Patterson will be inactive. It's unclear if the move is permanent -- aside from the two recent extra-point misses, Patterson has been mostly fine this season, going 15-for-17 on field-goal tries and making his previous 35 extra-point attempts.

Mike Badgley K | BUF
Lions' Michael Badgley: Swapping in for Patterson
Badgley is active for Saturday's game against the Broncos.
Riley Patterson had served as the Lions' placekicker for the first 13 contests of the season, but he's been usurped by Badgley for Week 15 after the latter was elevated from the practice squad earlier Saturday. Badgley made 12 appearances for Detroit last season, connecting on 20 of 24 field-goal attempts and all 33 point-after tries for a respectable 7.8 points per game.

Mike Badgley K | BUF
Lions' Michael Badgley: Joins active roster
Badgley was elevated to the Lions' active roster Saturday.
It's unclear if Badgley is simply an insurance policy for Riley Patterson, or if the aforementioned starter may be losing his grip on the starting job after missing an extra-point attempt in two of the past three weeks. Badgley last kicked for the Lions and Bears last season, when he converted 24 of his 28 field-goal attempts and 10 of 13 attempts from 40-plus yards out.

Younghoe Koo K | NYG
Falcons' Younghoe Koo: Has illness, questionable for Sunday
Koo was added to the Falcons' Week 15 injury report Saturday due to an illness, making him questionable for Sunday's game in Carolina, Scott Bair of the team's official site reports.
Atlanta didn't make a corresponding move to add a kicker to the active roster, so the team may feel confident that Koo will be able to play through his ailment, even if he isn't 100 percent. Still, his status for Week 15 won't be confirmed until about 90 minutes before Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff.

Ka'imi Fairbairn K | HOU
Texans' Ka'imi Fairbairn: Ready to kick Sunday
Fairbairn (quadricep) was activated from injured reserve and will serve as the Texans' kicker Sunday against the Titans.
Fairbairn hasn't played since Week 10 due a groin injury, but his absence was sorely missed given Matt Ammendola missed three of his nine field-goal attempts over the team's past five games. The Texans offense might be a bit more inefficient without star signal-caller C.J. Stroud (concussion) playing Sunday, so Fairbairn's scoring opportunities could be limited as a result.

Cameron Dicker K | LAC
Chargers' Cameron Dicker: Just three extra points
Dicker made all three extra-point attempts in Thursday's 63-21 loss to the Raiders.
The game got completely out of hand by the Raiders' fourth possession, so Dicker really had zero shot at having a productive fantasy day. The offense looked downright dreary at times with Easton Stick at quarterback, and given the lack of Dicker's range, the second-year kicker has definitely lost some fantasy luster.

Ka'imi Fairbairn K | HOU
Texans' Ka'imi Fairbairn: Expected back for Week 15
Fairbairn (quad) doesn't carry an injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Titans.
Fairbairn remains on injured reserve but looks ready to return this week after missing the last five games with his pulled quad. On the season, Fairbairn has made 18 of 19 field goals and all 14 of his extra points. Matt Ammendola has been filling in at kicker for Houston in Fairbairn's absence.

Daniel Carlson K | LV
Raiders' Daniel Carlson: Tallies nine extra points on TNF
Carlson made all nine of his extra-point attempts in Thursday's 63-21 win over the Chargers.
Carlson didn't attempt a single field goal for the second straight week, but he contributed nine extra points in the Raiders' blowout victory. A tougher test looms against the Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium in Week 16.

Ka'imi Fairbairn K | HOU
Texans' Ka'imi Fairbairn: Return on schedule
Fairbairn (quadricep) was designated for return from injured reserve Wednesday.
Fairbairn is expected to resume kicking duties for the Texans in Week 15 against the Titans, and his return to practice Wednesday after having his 21-day evaluation window opened marks a step toward making that a reality. Assuming Fairbairn experiences no setbacks with his quad in practice over the next three days, Houston will likely formally add him back to the 53-man roster Saturday. Fairbairn converted 18 of 19 field-goal attempts and 14 of 14 extra-point tries in Houston's first eight games before landing on IR.

Riley Patterson K | MIA
Lions' Riley Patterson: Misses extra point
Patterson did not attempt a field goal and missed one of his two extra-point tries in Sunday's 28-13 loss to the Bears.
Patterson has now scored three points or fewer in three of his last four outings. That leaves the kicker with 80 points through 13 contests this term.
