Cardinals' Matt Prater: Dealing with knee injury
Prater didn't practice Wednesday due to a left knee injury, Zach Gershman of the Cardinals' official site reports.
The Cardinals haven't had any kickers in Arizona for tryouts or visits this week, but they did sign Chad Ryland to the practice squad Wednesday. Prater's ability to mix into some drills Thursday and/or Friday likely will be key for his odds to play Sunday in San Francisco.

Chad Ryland K | ARI
Chad Ryland: Joins Cardinals' practice squad
The Cardinals signed Ryland to their practice squad Wednesday.
The 2023 fourth-round pick spent his rookie campaign with the Patriots before being waived in late August. Ryland converted on just 16 of his 25 field-goal attempts but missed only one of his 25 point-after tries in 2023. He could be elevated to Arizona's active roster if Matt Prater deals with injury at any point this season.

Reichard made his lone field-goal attempt and all four of his extra-point tries in Sunday's 31-29 win over the Packers.
The 2024 sixth-round pick remains perfect through the first four games of his NFL career, going 6-for-6 on field-goal attempts and 14-for-14 on point-after tries. Expect Reichard to continue producing at a high level as the Vikings host the Jets in Week 5.

Evan McPherson K | CIN
Bengals' Evan McPherson: Perfect in Sunday's win
McPherson made both of his field-goal attempts and all four extra-point tries in Sunday's 34-24 win over the Panthers.
McPherson had his best performance of the Bengals' 2024 campaign in Week 4, as the Florida product drilled both his field-goal attempts, including a 56-yarder, and split the uprights on all four of his point-after tries as well. The 25-year-old has missed just one field goal and one extra point through Cincinnati's first four contests, and he's expected to continue producing as the Bengals host the Ravens in Week 5.

Eagles' Jake Elliott: Slow day in loss
Elliott made both of his extra-point tries in Sunday's 33-16 loss to the Buccaneers.
Elliott didn't attempt a field goal in the loss but he was able to move to 8-for-8 on the season for PATs. While he'll remain stagnant at 4-for-5 on FGAs in the 2024 campaign thus far. Elliott and the Eagles are now in a bye week but will return to action in Week 6 against the Browns.

Jason Myers K | SEA
Seahawks' Jason Myers: Misses lone field-goal attempt
Myers missed his only field-goal attempt but made all three of his extra-point tries in Monday night's 29-42 loss to the Lions.
Head coach Mike MacDonald trotted Myers out to try a 62-yard field goal right before halftime, but the 33-year-old kicker came up short. Myers has now converted on six of his eight field-goal attempts and made all 10 of his extra-point tries through the Seahawks' first four contests. Expect the 10th-year pro to continue being a reliable kicker as the season progresses.
