  • Cowboys' Greg Zuerlein: Shanks PAT in win

Zuerlein converted his only field-goal attempt and six of seven extra points in Saturday's win over the Eagles.

The veteran kicker saw more than enough volume to still have a productive week from a fantasy perspective, but he still missed a kick for the third time in the last four weeks. Zuerlein wraps up the regular season having gone 29-for-35 on FGs (82.9 percent) and 42-for-48 on PATs (87.5 percent), leaving him 12th in the league in total scoring with 129 points, but his inconsistency is a concern for the Cowboys heading into the playoffs.

  • Mike Badgley K | BUF

Colts' Michael Badgley: Converts only kick in season finale

Badgley converted his only field-goal attempt from 41 yards in Sunday's loss at Jacksonville.

Badley made 18 of 21 field-goal attempts and all 39 extra-point attempts in 12 games after joining the Colts midseason. Badgley missed his only field goal while playing for the Titans in 2021 before signing with the Colts and replacing an injured Rodrigo Blankenship. Badgley performed well enough for the Colts to consider retaining him for 2022, but Blankenship is under contract for one more season. It's not clear what the Colts will do at placekicker for next season.

  • Matt Prater K | BUF

Cardinals' Matt Prater: Racks up 12 points in Week 18

Prater made all three field-goal attempts and all three point-after tries during Sunday's 38-30 defeat to the Seahawks.

With the 12-point performance, Prater pushed his way into a tie for sixth with Justin Tucker in terms of points per game (8.1) among kickers who played at least 16 games. While his success rate on FGAs (81.1 percent) is his second lowest since 2014, he has nailed 47 of 49 PATs (95.9 percent) on the campaign. Prater will look to keep it up in Monday's wild-card game versus the Rams.

  • Raiders' Daniel Carlson: Nails OT winner

Carlson converted all five of his field-goal attempts and added two extra points in Sunday's 35-32 overtime win over the Chargers.

Carlson had one of the best games of his entire career on Sunday Night Football. He ultimately sent the Chargers home without a playoff berth, thanks in part to multiple 40-plus yard makes in overtime, as the Raiders advance to play in Cincinnati on Saturday. Carlson wraps up his stellar 2021 regular season with a career-high 40 field goals made on 43 attempts, also tallying 30 extra points on 33 tries.

  • Jake Elliott K | PHI

Eagles' Jake Elliott: Finishes career-best regular season

Elliott made both of his field-goal attempts as well as both of his extra-point tries in Saturday's 51-26 loss to Dallas.

Elliott set new career-highs across the board in the 2021 regular season, making 30 of his 33 field-goal attempts as well as all 44 of his extra-point opportunities. As a matter of fact, he didn't miss a kick from under 40 yards all year. He also made 90.9 percent of his field-goal tries, another career best.

  • Lions' Riley Patterson: Ends season on high note

Patterson converted all three of his field-goal attempts and all four of his PATs during Sunday's 37-30 win over Green Bay.

Patterson will thus finish his rookie campaign having made 100 percent of his field goals from within 50 yards and 100 percent of his PATs. While the Lions didn't ask him to take many long field goals this season and Patterson missed his only attempt from beyond 50 yards, there's no doubting that the Memphis product brought stability to Detroit's kicking game down the stretch after the team struggled to replace Matt Prater early on. With Patterson now set to be an exclusive-rights free agent at the end of the league year, the 22-year-old seems like the obvious favorite to open the 2022 campaign as Detroit's top option at placekicker.

  • Younghoe Koo K | NYG

Falcons' Younghoe Koo: Doesn't miss in season finale

Koo made both of his field-goal attempts and both of his extra-point tries during Sunday's 30-20 loss to the Saints.

Koo showed off his range, capping off the Falcons' first two offensive drives with field goals from 48 and 54 yards out. If there was ever a knock on the fourth-year kicker, it was his lack of consistency from 40-yards and beyond, but he put those notions to rest with two impressive kicks to end his 2021 campaign. Koo finished the season 27-for-29 (93 percent) and a perfect 30-for-30 on extra points. He signed a one-year contract with the Falcons ahead of the 2021 season, so he's set to become an unrestricted free agent this offseason and is expected to be a sought-after commodity after connecting on 64 of 68 field-goal attempts over the past two seasons.

  • Matt Gay K | SF

Rams' Matt Gay: Finishes season strong

Gay connected on his lone field-goal kick and all three extra-point attempts during Sunday's 27-24 overtime loss to San Francisco.

The second-year Ram finished the campaign with an elite 94.1 field-goal percentage and missed just a single extra point all season for a 98.0 percentage. Gay should also set up nicely for the postseason and be a solid fantasy contributor for the duration of Los Angeles' playoff run.

  • Nick Folk K | NYJ

Patriots' Nick Folk: Finishes season with 150 points

Folk made his lone field-goal attempt (from 43 yards) in Sunday's 33-24 loss to the Dolphins en route to recording six points.

Though the veteran kicker has been managing a left knee issue of late, he suited up for all 17 of the Patriots' regular season games, while making 36-of-39 field goal tries and 42-of-47 extra point attempts. Meanwhile, the 150 points Folk recorded tied him with Las Vegas' Daniel Carlson for the league lead in that category.

  • Joey Slye K | TEN

Football Team's Joey Slye: Remains effective in win

Slye made all three of his field-goal attempts while converting his lone extra-point try in Sunday's 22-7 win over the Giants.

Slye was consistent late in the regular season, as he made all four of his kicks in each of the final two games of the year. The 25-year-old spent the second half of the season with Washington and missed three games with a hamstring injury, but he made all 12 of his field-goal attempts while converting nine of 10 extra-point tries during his six appearances with the club. In total, he took the field in 12 games with Houston, San Francisco and Washington and converted 23 of 25 field-goal attempts while making 18 of 22 extra-point tries.
