  • Graham Gano K | NYG

Giants' Graham Gano: Minimal impact in Week 18

Gano made his lone extra-point try in Sunday's 22-7 loss to Washington.

Gano had fairly consistent production early in the 2021 campaign, but he didn't attempt more than two kicks in any of the last five games since the Giants' offense struggled with Mike Glennon and Jake Fromm under center. During his second season with the Giants, the 34-year-old converted 29 of 33 field-goal attempts while making all 17 of his extra-point tries.

  • Steelers' Chris Boswell: Drills game-winner in OT

Boswell converted all three of his field-goal attempts while making his lone extra-point try in Sunday's 16-13 OT win over the Ravens.

Boswell was responsible for the Steelers' only points in the first half with his 28-yard field goal in the first quarter, and he later helped send the team to the playoffs with his 36-yard field goal with just under two minutes remaining in overtime. The 30-year-old made at least three field goals in three of the last four games of the regular season and converted 12 of 14 field-goal attempts while making all five of his extra-point tries across that span.

  • Cairo Santos K | CHI

Bears' Cairo Santos: Nine points in finale

Santos made all three field-goal attempts in the Bears' 31-17 Week 18 loss to the Vikings, and he ended the season having made 26 of 30 field-goal attempts and 27 of 28 extra-point attempts.

Although the Bears offense kept Santos from being a high-volume kicker in many games, for the second year in a row, he was very accurate. During the season, he converted multiple field goals in just about half of his games, and with the Chicago offense unlikely to make a monumental leap next year, he'll continue to be a borderline fantasy option in typical leagues. He's signed with the Bears through 2023 with two void years in 2024 and 2025.

  • Nick Folk K | NYJ

Patriots' Nick Folk: Ready for Week 18

Folk (knee) is active for Sunday's game against the Dolphins.

Folk was listed as questionable heading into the game, as has been customary this season. He has yet to miss a contest, however, and he has converted 35 of his 38 field-goal attempts on the campaign.

  • Bengals' Evan McPherson: Not playing Week 18

McPherson (groin) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Browns, Jay Morrison of The Athletic reports.

McPherson's first absence of the season was foreshadowed Saturday, when the Bengals promoted another kicker (Elliott Fry) from the practice squad. Fry will thus step in to handle kicking duties in place of McPherson, who should be ready to go for the wild-card round. The fifth-round rookie out of Florida turned in a productive regular season, connecting on 46 of 48 extra-point tries and 28 of 33 field-goal attempts, including a 9-for-11 mark from 50-plus yards.

  • Bengals' Evan McPherson: Appears unlikely to play Sunday

McPherson (groin) appears unlikely to play Sunday against the Browns after kicker Elliott Fry was elevated from the Bengals' practice squad Saturday, Geoff Hobson of the Bengals' official site reports.

McPherson appeared to be trending in the right direction ahead of Week 18 but was still listed as questionable against the Browns. If he's ultimately inactive, he'll fall one field goal shy of setting the Bengals' single-season scoring record.

  • Broncos' Brandon McManus: Cleared to play Saturday

McManus (COVID-19 protocols) has been medically cleared to play in Saturday's game against Kansas City.

McManus was activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list Friday after he tested positive for the virus early in the week. However, he'll be available to play in Saturday's regular-season finale.

  • Broncos' Brandon McManus: Activated, still questionable

The Broncos activated McManus (illness) from the reserve/COVID-19 list Friday, Aric DiLalla of the team's official site reports. McManus (COVID-19 protocols) is listed as questionable for Saturday's game against the Chiefs.

McManus reportedly tested positive for COVID-19 on Monday, but the changes made to league protocols early last week have given him a chance to miss no time as a result. Still, he has yet to gain clearance to play and will have to do so ahead of Saturday's 4:30 p.m. ET kickoff. The Broncos don't have another placekicker on the team, active roster, practice squad or otherwise. Thus, if McManus isn't available, the team may eschew field-goal and extra-point attempts entirely when those situations arise Week 18.

  • Nick Folk K | NYJ

Patriots' Nick Folk: Once again questionable

Folk (knee) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Dolphins.

Folk has been on the injury report most of the season due to the knee injury, but he's kicked for New England in all 16 games. He should be available again Sunday, barring a setback.

  • Bengals' Evan McPherson: Questionable against Browns

McPherson (groin) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Browns, Jay Morrison of The Athletic reports.

McPherson was limited at practice Wednesday and Thursday, but he fully participated in Friday's practice session and is trending in the right direction ahead of Sunday's regular-season finale. Across his last four appearances, the rookie has made 10 of 12 field-goal attempts while converting all 11 of his extra-point tries.
