  • Raiders' Daniel Carlson: Posts another six-point performance

Carlson made his only field-goal attempt and converted all three of his extra-point tries in Sunday's 42-24 loss to the Packers.

Carlson connected from 45 yards out during the Raiders' opening drive to give his team an early lead, though he would add just three more points throughout the remainder of the contest. The second-year Auburn product has yet to attempt more than one field goal in a given week this season, but the opportunity may arise in Week 8 against a Texans squad that has given up 24 or more points in three consecutive games.

  • Dolphins' Jason Sanders: Flawless in limited action

Sanders converted all three extra-point tries during Sunday's loss to the Bills.

Sanders wasn't called upon to attempt a field goal during Sunday's loss. In four of seven games this season, he's had one or zero field-goal opportunities. The second-year kicker is facing a tough Week 8 matchup against the Steelers.

  • Matt Prater K | BUF

Lions' Matt Prater: Limited opportunities against Vikings

Prater converted his only field-goal attempt as well as all three PATs during Sunday's 42-30 loss to Minnesota.

After a huge performance Monday night in Green Bay, Prater didn't have nearly as many opportunities to kick field goals against a Vikings team that wasn't as stout in the red zone as the Packers were. It didn't help that Prater had a 50-plus yard attempt taken away from him at one point after a successful Vikings challenge and a subsequent Lions false start penalty knocked Detroit out of field-goal range. Given his upside as a fantasy option, Prater should be worth another roll of the dice when the Lions take on a weak Giants defense in Week 8.

  • Redskins' Dustin Hopkins: Nothing doing versus 49ers

Hopkins missed his sole field-goal try during Sunday's loss to the 49ers.

Hopkins' miss came as he dealt with steady rain and muddy field conditions. In six of seven games this season, he's converted one or fewer field goals. Hopkins doesn't warrant fantasy consideration heading into Thursday's tilt against the Vikings.

  • Cardinals' Zane Gonzalez: Nails all kicks in win

Gonzalez made both field-goal tries and all three extra-point attempts during Sunday's win over the Giants.

Gonzalez continues to compile solid numbers. He's made 18 of 21 field-goal tries through seven games and has been perfect on point-after attempts. He'll look to keep his momentum up against a stingy New Orleans defense Week 8.

  • Jason Myers K | SEA

Seahawks' Jason Myers: Nails three field goals

Myers made three of four field-goal attempts and converted a lone extra point in Sunday's 30-16 loss to the Ravens.

Myers remains perfect below 40 yards, as he converted on field goals from 31, 34 and 35 yards. However, Myers continues to struggle above the 40-yard mark, as he has made just one of four tries after he missed a 53-yard attempt wide right. He should have an intriguing amount of opportunities in Week 8 against the Falcons, who have allowed at least 34 points in three straight contests.

  • Wil Lutz K | DEN

Saints' Wil Lutz: Misses two field goals

Lutz converted two of four field-goal attempts and all four of his extra-point attempts in the Saints' 36-25 win over the Bears on Sunday.

Lutz set a new NFL record with 35 consecutive road field goals made before missing two of his next three attempts. The misses were uncharacteristic of such an accurate leg, and Lutz should be an elite option against a poor Cardinals defense in Week 8.

  • Matt Bryant K | ATL

Falcons' Matt Bryant: Kicking struggles persist in Week 7

Bryant went 1-for-2 on field-goal tries, and made his only extra-point attempt during Sunday's 37-10 loss to the Rams.

The volume hasn't been there to support Bryant as a reliable fantasy boot, as he has only been afforded 1.4 field-goal attempts per game thus far this season. With those opportunities he hasn't been particularly efficient, either, missing three of 10 field goals, as well as a crucial extra-point attempt last week against Arizona that could have led the Falcons to an overtime opportunity instead of a one-point loss. Upcoming next is a seemingly favorable matchup against Seattle, as the Seahawks rank among the NFL's 10 worst defenses with 3.7 red-zone scoring opportunities allowed per game.

  • Texans' Ka'imi Fairbairn: Nails all kicks

Fairbairn converted all three field-goal attempts and two extra-point kicks for 11 points in Sunday's 30-23 loss to the Colts in Week 7.

For the first time in five games, Fairbairn did not miss any of his kicks. The field goals were from 47, 31 and 26 yards. It was a trip back to last season for Fairbairn, who stepped in when the offense failed to score touchdowns three times in the red zone. He's made nine of 12 field-goal attempts through seven games.

  • Bears' Eddy Pineiro: Scores five points

Pineiro converted his only field-goal attempt in Chicago's 36-25 loss to the Saints on Sunday.

With the Bears' offense struggling to move the ball for the majority of this contest, Pineiro was fortunate to come out of this contest with five points. He's now scored five or fewer points in half of his games, and his downside makes him a risky fantasy option.
