  • Matt Bryant K | ATL

Falcons' Matt Bryant: Cleared to face Cowboys

Bryant (calf) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Cowboys, David Helman of the Cowboys' official site reports.

Bryant missed practice Wednesday and Thursday but returned as a limited participant Friday. He'll be out there for Sunday's game, though it's possible the Falcons will be hesitant to have him attempt field goals toward the edge of his usual range.

  • Blair Walsh K | ATL

Seahawks' Blair Walsh: Fulfills duties Thursday

Walsh hit a pair of field goals and a pair of extra points Thursday against the Cardinals.

Walsh's abilities came into question against the Redskins in Week 9, when he missed all three field-goal attempts. The 27-year-old kicker has four total missed field goals and one missed extra point this season. The blemish in Week 9 likely hurt fantasy owners' trust, but he appears to be back on the right track.

Falcons' Matt Bryant: Misses practice Thursday

Bryant (calf) didn't participate in Thursday's practice.

Bryant's right calf injury has kept him out of both of the Falcons' practices to open the week, but as the only kicker on the roster at this time, the team will wait and see what the veteran is able to do Friday before deciding his fate for Sunday's game against the Cowboys. As a safeguard against a potential Bryant absence, the Falcons signed Mike Meyer to their practice squad earlier this week. If Meyer remains on the practice squad after the weekly deadline Saturday for teams to add players to their 53-man rosters, it would likely mean that Bryant is in the clear to handle kicking duties in Week 10.

  • Browns' Zane Gonzalez: No competition yet

Gonzalez's job is seemingly safe for now, as the Browns have yet to work out another kicker, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.

The rookie kicker has struggled mightily during his first season in the NFL, missing four of 11 field goals and one extra point. Per the report, however, coach Hue Jackson believes Gonzalez can work through his issues, and there's no immediate plans to bring in any competition.

  • Mike Meyer K | ATL

Mike Meyer: Joins Atlanta's practice squad

The Falcons signed Meyer to their practice squad Wednesday.

Meyer's addition to the practice squad comes with the news that the Falcons' kicker, Matt Bryant, will be held out of practice Wednesday due to a leg injury, according to William McFadden of the team's official site reports. The Falcons will likely wait and see how Bryant progresses the next two days before determining if he'll be able to kick Sunday against the Cowboys. If the veteran is ruled out for the contest, Meyer would likely be added to the 53-man roster at some point during the weekend and handle kicking duties for the team in Week 10.

  • Matt Bryant K | ATL

Falcons' Matt Bryant: Not practicing Wednesday

Bryant (leg) won't practice Wednesday, William McFadden of the Falcons' official site reports.

Bryant was able to handle extra points (and an early 53-yard field goal) in Sunday's 20-17 loss to Carolina, but Atlanta passed up potential kicks from 52 and 56 yards later in the game, instead going for it on fourth down (and failing) both times. The team signed kicker Mike Meyer to its practice squad Wednesday, hinting at some degree of concern regarding Bryant's availability for Sunday's game against the Cowboys. Given that his range may be limited, Bryant will be a sub-optimal fantasy option for Week 10 if he ends up playing.

  • Matt Prater K | BUF

    Lions' Matt Prater: Remains productive

Prater converted three of four field-goal attempts and all three PATs during Monday's 30-17 victory over the Packers.

Prater missed his third field goal of the season Monday on a 55-yard attempt that hit the crossbar. Other than that miss, Prater rang true on his other attempts and remains perfect from within 49 yards. Given the Lions' tremendous offensive struggles in the red zone, Prater should remain busy in Week 10 when the Lions host a Browns team that's surrendered 25.3 points per game in 2017, which ranks fifth-last in the league.

  • Raiders' Giorgio Tavecchio: Perfect versus Dolphins

Tavecchio converted both of his field-goal attempts and all three of his extra-point tries en route to nine point in Sunday's 27-24 win over the Dolphins.

Tavecchio's two field goals both came in the first half, including a 53-yarder as the clock expired ahead of halftime. Through nine games, the Italian now boasts 58 points.

  • Chiefs' Harrison Butker: Just five points Sunday

Butker made his lone field-goal attempt and both of his extra-point tries en route to five points in Sunday's 28-17 loss to the Cowboys.

Butker still has missed just one kick in six games since joining the Chiefs, allowing him to average a hefty 11.7 points per game, which ranks second among kickers league-wide.

  • Rams' Greg Zuerlein: Registers 15 points

Zuerlein converted all three of his field-goal attempts and all six of his extra-point tries en route to 15 points in Sunday's 51-17 win over the Giants.

Zuerlein and the Rams offense have worked hand in hand thus far, allowing both he and the team to rank first in scoring league-wide. With just one missed kick all season, Zuerlein is averaging a remarkable 12.4 points per game.
