Connor Barth K | CHI
Bears' Connor Barth: Tallies nine points in Sunday defeat
Barth connected on a pair of field goals along with three extra points in Sunday's 30-27 loss to the Packers.
Barth surpassed the six-point mark for the first time in six games, and he'll be a low-floor fantasy option in Week 16 against Washington.

Greg Zuerlein K | NYJ
Rams' Greg Zuerlein: Hits lone field-goal attempt
Zuerlein connected on a 36-yard field goal to provide the only offense for the Rams during their loss to Seattle on Thursday.
Zuerlein has only converted three field goals over five games with Jared Goff leading the Los Angeles offense. While the placekicker presents upside in a soft Week 16 matchup against San Francisco, fantasy owners will likely still want to target a safer option. After all, the Rams are the lowest-scoring team in the league, and Zuerlein has just 17 field goals for the year.

Graham Gano K | NYG
Panthers' Graham Gano: Full practice Thursday
Gano (foot) practiced fully Thursday, David Newton of ESPN.com reports.
Gano acknowledged to Jourdan Rodrigue of the Charlotte Observer that he "broke a bone in the heel" of his plant foot during Sunday's win against the Chargers. The ailment didn't stop him from striking true on all four field-goal attempts and both PATs in the contest. Moreover, handling every practice rep Thursday implies that he'll be able to kick through the pain Monday in Washington.

Panthers' Graham Gano: Will play through broken bone in foot
Gano is dealing with a broken bone in his plant foot but expects to play through any discomfort Monday in Washington, Jourdan Rodrigue of the Charlotte Observer reports. "So, I broke a bone somewhere in the heel," Gano said Wednesday.
Although the ailment could impact his number of practice reps this week, Gano will merely "deal with" it with just three games remaining on the regular season slate and the Panthers effectively out of the playoff picture. The latter point has resulted in a massive reduction in output from 9.1 points per game in 2015 to 7.2 per to this point in the current campaign.

Justin Tucker K | BAL
Ravens' Justin Tucker: Misses first kick of 2016 season Monday
Tucker's streak of 35 consecutive made field goals ended Monday when his first attempt of the game was blocked by Shea McClellin. He finished the game hitting three of four field goals and both extra points against the Patriots.
Prior to having his kick blocked Monday, Tucker was a perfect 28-of-28 on field goal-attempts this season. Tucker still managed to score double-digit points for the Ravens by drilling kicks of 50, 38, and 37 yards in addition to converting both of his extra-point attempts. He'll return home Sunday for the Ravens' matchup with the Eagles.

Greg Zuerlein K | NYJ
Rams' Greg Zuerlein: Hits both extra-point attempts
Zuerlein connected on both of his extra-point attempts during Sunday's loss to Atlanta.
With just two field goals through four games with Jared Goff starting at quarterback, Zuerlein's already minimal fantasy value has plummeted even further. The Rams aren't providing the place kicker with enough opportunities to make a fantasy impact, and Zuerlein should probably be avoided in all fantasy settings going forward.

Dustin Hopkins K | CLE
Redskins' Dustin Hopkins: Misses field goal Sunday
Hopkins went 0-for-1 in field-goal attempts and 3-for-3 in extra-point attempts in Sunday's win over the Eagles.
One week Hopkins looks perfect, knocking through all his field goals, and the next he looks completely the opposite, missing several key attempts. He is now 28-of-35 on the season, after starting the first four weeks a perfect 12-for-12. If the pattern continues, Hopkins should be due for a good game Monday night against the Panthers.

Caleb Sturgis K | LAC
Eagles' Caleb Sturgis: Hits all three field-goal attempts
Surgis hit all three of his field goal attempts and added an extra point in Sunday's loss to the Redskins.
Sturgis hit from 36, 41 and 45 yards, providing solid output for fantasy owners after a disappointing Week 13. He will look to build on his strong performance against the Ravens in Week 15.
-
Chris Boswell K | PIT
Steelers' Chris Boswell: Nine points in win
Boswell converted both his field-goal attempts (37, 39) and all three extra point conversions in Sunday's 27-20 win over Buffalo.
After missing last week's contest with an abdomen injury, Boswell returned to action and was perfect on the day. Heading in to Cincinnati in Week 15, Boswell is averaging six points per game, which is what he scored against them in Week 2.

Graham Gano K | NYG
Panthers' Graham Gano: Scores 14 points
Gano converted all four of his field goals and both extra points en route to 14 points Sunday against the Chargers.
Gano split the uprights from 41, 44, 45 and 23 yards on his respective field goals Sunday, resulting in his highest point total since Week 2.
