Matt Prater drills a 47-yarder
Broncos kicker Matt Prater converted both his field-goal attempts, including a 47-yarder, in the win over the Giants. Prater also made five PATs for a total of 11 points.
Prater's field goals of 47 and 42 yards were his first attempts this season. He'll try to keep it going in Week 3 against Oakland.

Garrett Hartley drills game-winner
Saints kicker Garrett Hartley kicked a game-winning 27-yard field goal with five seconds remaining to secure a 16-14 victory over the Buccaneers in Week 2.
Hartley a 44-yard attempt in the first quarter. He then missed a 43-yard try in the second quarter but bounced back with a 41-yard shot in the third quarter. He converted 3 of 4 kicks and connected on an extra point attempt.
he has 21 points through two games. The Saints will host the Cardinals in Week 3. -

Matt Bryant big on extra points
For the second straight game, Falcons kicker Matt Bryant had just one field goal -- a 38-yarder -- Week 2 against the Rams. He did contributed four extra points, though, compared just two last week.
The Falcons visit the Dolphins in Week 3.

Greg Zuerlein trades field goals for extra points
Rams kicker Greg Zuerlein, who had four field goals Week 1 against the Cardinals, wasn't as productive Week 2 at Atlanta, kicking just a 29-yard field goal in the second quarter. He did get three extra points compared to just one last week, though.
The Rams visit the Cowboys in Week 3.

Justin Tucker 'not worried' about Week 2 kicking woes
Ravens kicker Justin Tucker had a rough performance Week 2 vs. Cleveland. Tucker, who converted two extra points in a 14-6 loss, missed both of his field-goal attempts (44, 50 yards) in the first half.
"Fact of the matter is I just missed two balls today," Tucker said. "I'm not worried. I'm hitting the ball well."
Tucker will get his chance at redemption when the Ravens return to action Week 3 vs. Houston.

Caleb Sturgis nails first 50-yarder
Dolphins kicker Caleb Sturgis nailed his lone attempt Sunday against the Colts, and it was the first 50-plus yard field goal of his career.
Sturgis easily connected from 54 yards out, while nailing all three of his extra-point attempts in a 24-20 win.
Sturgis is 4 for 4 on field-goal attempts during his first two NFL games.

Graham Gano totals 11 points
Panthers kicker Graham Gano recorded three field goals in the fourth quarter of Sunday's Week 2 loss at Buffalo.
Gano was good from 27, 25 and 39 yards in the fourth. He finished 3 for 3 on FG attempts and 2 for 2 on PATs for 11 points in the loss.
The Panthers play at home against the Giants Week 3.

Bills list some injured players Week 2
The Buffalo Bills have listed the following players as inactive for Week 2 at home againt Carolina due to various injuries: DB Ron Brooks (foot); C/G Doug Legursky (knee); DB Stephon Gilmore (wrist); WR Marquise Goodwin (hand); and K Dustin Hopkins (right groin). These players were all ruled out on the official injury report released Friday.

Bills place no stunners in Friday injury report
There were no surprises on the injury list released by the Bills on Friday. It included five players who have been ruled out for the Sunday game against Carolina. They are cornerbacks Ron Brooks (foot) and Stephon Gilmore (wrist), wide receiver Marquise Goodwin (hand), kicker Dustin Hopkins (groin) and offensive lineman Doug Legursky (knee).
Safety Jairus Byrd is doubtful with a foot injury.
