Ravens' Tyler Loop: Perfect on five kicks vs. NYJ

Loop connected on all three of his field-goal attempts and made both of his point-after tries during the Ravens' 23-10 win over the Jets on Sunday.

Loop gave the Ravens their first points of the game with a 31-yard field goal late in the second quarter, and the rookie kicker helped extend Baltimore's late lead with field goals from 35 and 27 yards in the fourth frame. Loop has quietly connected on at least three field goals in four of his last five games, and over that span he has gone 13-for-14 on field-goal attempts and 12-for-12 on extra-point tries.

  • Bengals' Evan McPherson: Two long field goals vs. Pats

McPherson made both of his field-goal attempts and each of his two extra-point tries during the Bengals' 26-20 loss to the Patriots on Sunday.

McPherson opened Sunday's scoring with a 54-yard field goal in the first quarter, and he closed out the first half with a 63-yarder as time expired. That 63-yard field goal was the longest of his career, and he is now 3-for-7 on field goals from 50-plus yards this season. After making just one field goal in each of the first six games of the regular season, McPherson has made two or more in four of his last five games. Over that span, he has gone 11-for-12 on field-goal attempts and 14-for-14 on extra-point tries.

  • Packers' Lucas Havrisik: Healthy scratch Sunday

Havrisik (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's matchup with the Vikings, Mike Spofford of the Packers' official site reports.

The kicker went just 1-of-3 on extra-point tries in last Sunday's win over the Giants, while Brandon McManus was nursing a right quadriceps injury. McManus is healthy and active for Sunday's contest, though he has missed six field goals this year. At the same time, Havrisik didn't do much to make his own case for the job last week.

  • Packers' Brandon McManus: Back in action in Week 12

McManus is active for Sunday's contest versus the Vikings, Mike Spofford of the Packers' official site reports.

McManus completed a full week of practice during Week 12 prep for the first time since before Green Bay's Week 5 bye. A right quadriceps injury sidelined him Weeks 6, 7 and 11, but his ability to handle every rep Wednesday through Friday indicates he likely is good to go moving forward. In seven games this season, McManus has struck true on just 11 of 17 field-goal attempts and 16 of 17 point-after tries.

  • 49ers' Eddy Pineiro: Won't play Week 12

Pineiro (hamstring) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Panthers, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

Pineiro was unable to practice all week due to a right hamstring injury, and he will not play in Monday night's game as a result. In his absence, Matt Gay will likely be elevated from the practice squad to the active roster. Pineiro's next opportunity to play is Week 13 against the Browns on Sunday, Nov. 30.

  • Wil Lutz K | DEN

Broncos' Wil Lutz: Signs extension with Denver

Lutz and the Broncos agreed to a three-year contract extension Friday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Lutz's previous contract was due to expire after this year, but he's now slated to remain with Denver through 2028. The veteran kicker has had a strong campaign, going 17-for-20 on field-goal tries -- including 3-of-5 from 50-plus yards -- while making all 24 of his PATs. Lutz also leads the NFL with four game-winning kicks and just won AFC Special Teams Player of the Week honors after making all five of his field-goal attempts, including the game-winner, against Kansas City last Sunday.

  • Matt Prater K | BUF

Bills' Matt Prater: Makes both FGAs in loss

Prater went 2-for-2 on field-goal tries and made one of two PATs in Thursday night's 23-19 loss to the Texans.

Prater pushed his first extra-point try of the night wide left in the first quarter, which would come back to hurt Buffalo later in the game. The kicker was able to convert both of his field-goal attempts though, adding a 44-yard make in the second quarter before nailing a 38-yarder in the fourth. Prater had gone three straight games with one or fewer field goals, and he's now gone 5-for-6 on field-goal attempts over his last six contests.

  • Texans' Ka'imi Fairbairn: Makes three FGAs in return

Fairbairn went 3-for-3 on field-goal attempts and made both of his PATs in Thursday night's 23-19 win over the Bills.

Fairbairn made his return to action after missing two games with a right quadriceps injury, connecting on field goals of 24 and 43 yards in the first half before later adding a 26-yard make in the third quarter. The kicker has now made multiple field goals in six straight contests that he's appeared in, tallying 12 total field-goal makes over his last three games. Fairbairn has gone 25-for-28 on field-goal tries, including 5-for-8 from 50-plus yards, while making all 14 of his extra-point attempts over nine contests this season.

  • 49ers' Eddy Pineiro: Misses practice Thursday

Pineiro (hamstring) did not participate in practice Thursday, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.

The kicker was diagnosed with a Grade 1 hamstring strain after suffering the injury during last Sunday's win over Arizona. The 49ers will likely need to sign another kicker if Pineiro can't go Monday against Carolina. Pineiro will have two more opportunities to practice before the 49ers formulate their final injury report ahead of the contest.

  • Rams' Harrison Mevis: Signed to active roster

The Rams signed Mevis to their active roster Wednesday.

The team previously called Mevis up from the practice squad to kick in Weeks 10 and 11. Joshua Karty is also still on the roster, but Mevis figures to get the nod again this Sunday against Tampa Bay.
