Ryan Tannehill QB | TEN
Titans' Ryan Tannehill: Tops 300 passing yards
Tannehill completed 27 of 39 passes for 331 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions in Week 9 against Carolina. He also added four carries for 38 yards and another score.
Tannehill put up a big statistical performance, highlighted by his second 300-yard passing performance in his last three games. However, he also threw two interceptions, one of which led directly to a Carolina touchdown that put the Titans down 10-0. Still, Tannehill has offered a vertical element to the team's offense, illustrated by long receptions from A.J. Brown and Tajae Sharpe. That said, he should remain under center as the Titans head into their Week 10 matchup against the Chiefs.

Brandon Allen QB | NYG
Broncos' Brandon Allen: Victorious in first NFL start
Allen completed 12 of 20 passes for 193 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 24-19 win over the Browns.
Making his first NFL start, Allen showed a decent amount of poise and mostly let his skill players do all the hard work, as his two TDs came on impressive individual efforts by Courtland Sutton and Noah Fant. Allen didn't turn the ball over or make any glaring mistakes, however, which was all the Broncos needed to secure the win. He'll get a bye week to prepare before facing a much tougher test on the road against the Vikings in Week 11, although it's not yet clear when Drew Lock (thumb) might be ready to compete for the starting QB job.

Jameis Winston QB | NYG
Buccaneers' Jameis Winston: Big numbers in Week 9 loss
Winston completed 29 of 44 passes for 335 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions in the Buccaneers' 40-34 overtime loss to the Seahawks on Sunday. He also rushed twice for eight yards and lost a fumble.
Winston managed to stay away from interceptions after throwing seven picks over the prior two games, but he lost the handle on a Mychal Kendricks sack early in the fourth quarter just inside Seattle territory. It was the embattled quarterback's eighth fumble of the season overall -- although he's only lost three of them -- and his 15th turnover of the campaign. Winston was otherwise excellent from a fantasy perspective, wracking up his third straight 300-yard performance and fifth overall in the last six games. He continued to demonstrate an elite level of chemistry with Mike Evans in particular, connecting with his No. 1 wideout on 12 occasions for 180 yards and one of his scores. Winston is providing fantasy managers with week-winning numbers, even as his team sinks further in the standings. He'll look to help generate a win alongside strong production against the Cardinals in Week 10.

Baker Mayfield QB | TB
Browns' Baker Mayfield: Falls short in Denver
Mayfield completed 27 of 42 passes for 273 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 24-19 loss to the Broncos.
He avoided throwing an interception for the first time all season and posted his best yardage total since Week 4, but otherwise, it was another lackluster performance from Mayfield. The second-year QB will face a tough Bills secondary next week, making it unlikely he'll snap out of his sophomore slump any time soon.

Aaron Rodgers QB | PIT
Packers' Aaron Rodgers: Struggles against Chargers
Rodgers completed 23 of 35 passes for 161 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 26-11 loss to the Chargers. He also ran in a two-point conversion.
His 4.6 YPA was his worst performance of the season, and Rodgers' yardage total was also his lowest of 2019. The Chargers dominated the game by keeping the Packers offense off the field with a strong running attack, and when Rodgers did get the ball, Nick Bosa and Melvin Ingram gave him little time to find a receiver. Rodgers will get a chance to rebound next week against a Carolina defense that just gave up over 300 passing yards to Ryan Tannehill.

Matthew Stafford QB | LAR
Lions' Matthew Stafford: Tops 400-yard mark vs. Raiders
Stafford completed 26 of 41 pass attempts for 406 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception during Sunday's 31-24 loss to the Raiders.
Stafford set a new season high in yardage as he spread the ball around to eight different receivers. He completed touchdown passes to Marvin Jones, Kenny Golladay and J.D. McKissic while improving his TD:INT over the last three weeks to 10:3. Moreover, Stafford was a bit unlucky on his lone interception, which came on a brilliant one-handed pick on a well-thrown ball into the end zone. He won't face an ideal matchup next Sunday in Chicago, but his recent success makes him worthy of fantasy consideration nonetheless.
-
Derek Carr QB | NO
Raiders' Derek Carr: Throws two TDs in win over Lions
Carr completed 20 of 31 pass attempts for 289 yards and two touchdowns during Sunday's 31-24 win over the Lions.
Carr completed 65 percent of his passes while averaging a healthy 9.3 yards per attempt. He completed a pair of short touchdown passes in the fourth quarter to secure the win for his team, giving him a 7:1 TD:INT over his last three games. Carr is in the midst of his best stretch of the season heading into Thursday's home matchup with the Chargers.

Russell Wilson QB | NYG
Seahawks' Russell Wilson: Spectacular in overtime win
Wilson completed 29 of 43 passes for 378 yards and five touchdowns in Sunday's 40-34 overtime win against the Buccaneers. He also rushed once for 21 yards.
The Buccaneers scored on their opening drive, so Wilson responded on his first offensive possession by completing his first five throws for 73 yards and a touchdown to Tyler Lockett, who ended up being his favorite target all afternoon. That was just the start of Wilson's career day, as he threw an additional touchdown to Lockett, one to D.K. Metcalf and two to Jacob Hollister, including the game-winner. This is the signature game an MVP candidate like Wilson needs, as he now has 22 touchdowns and just one interception through nine games. Wilson will look to take down the division-leading 49ers in Week 10.
-
Mason Rudolph QB | PIT
Steelers' Mason Rudolph: Manages game in win over Colts
Rudolph completed 26 of 35 pass attempts for 191 yards, one touchdown and one interception during Sunday's 26-24 win over the Colts.
Rudolph was deployed quite conservatively again in this one, averaging 5.5 yards per attempt while directing 50 percent of his completions to running back Jaylen Samuels. James Washington was the only Pittsburgh wideout to top 16 receiving yards, while Juju Smith-Schuster and Diontae Johnson combined for just 19 yards on four catches. It's become clear Rudolph still lacks the consistency and confidence necessary to be an effective starting quarterback, but he's helped the team back to the .500 mark for the season. He should play the role of game manager -- albeit in a tougher matchup -- next Sunday at home against the Rams.
-
Brian Hoyer QB | LV
Colts' Brian Hoyer: Three touchdowns in relief
Hoyer completed 17 of 26 pass attempts for 168 yards, three touchdowns and an interception in Week 9 against Pittsburgh. He also added one rush for six yards.
Hoyer entered the game with 12 minutes remaining in the second quarter after Jacoby Brissett (knee) exited with an injury. Hoyer finished that drive with an 11-yard touchdown toss to Jack Doyle, though one drive later, he threw a pick-six deep in Steelers territory. The veteran bounced back in the second half to throw for two more scores and also get the team in a position to win, though Adam Vinatieri missed a 43-yard field goal late in the fourth quarter. Brissett appears to be battling an MCL injury, so it's possible that Hoyer will lead the team into their Week 10 matchup against the Dolphins.
