Keenum completed nine of 12 passes for 77 yards without a touchdown or interception in Sunday's 9-0 loss to the 49ers.

With the game being played in a steady rainfall and on a muddy field, interim Washington coach Bill Callahan elected to stick to his running game -- Keenum's longest completion of the day went for only 19 yards. Despite his apparent lack of trust in the veteran QB under tough conditions, Callahan apparently isn't thinking about handing the reins to rookie Dwayne Haskins just yet, per John Keim of ESPN.com. "We still have a lot of faith in Case and his ability," Callahan said.

Rodgers connected on 25 of 31 passes for 429 yards and five touchdowns during Sunday's 42-24 win over the Raiders. He added six yards and a touchdown on two carries.

Even without Davante Adams (toe), Rodgers managed to put together his best outing of the Matt LaFleur era. He made up for the absence of his favorite target by spreading the wealth, connecting with eight different receivers for completions and five different receivers for touchdowns. His six total touchdowns Sunday were just two fewer than he had during the first six games of the season. Much has been made about Rodgers and LaFleur building a rapport. After Sunday's perfect 158.3 quarterback rating, it's safe to say that they're on the same page. Next up is a Chiefs defense that has moved up to eighth best in the league in opponent passer rating at 84.9.

Garoppolo completed 12 of 21 passes for 151 yards and an interception while rushing the ball four times for 20 yards in Sunday's 9-0 win over Washington.

Offense was at a premium on a wet and muddy field, putting a damper on Garoppolo's numbers. However, he did just enough to keep the Niners undefeated. He's failed to top 200 passing yards three times in six games this season, and Garoppolo will face a tough test in Week 8 on the road against a stingy Panthers secondary coming off its bye week.

Watson completed 22 of 34 passes for 308 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions in Sunday's 30-23 loss to the Colts. He added 32 rushing yards on three carries.

Watson appeared to throw a touchdown to DeAndre Hopkins in the second quarter, but the play was ruled a sack because he was in the defender's grasp, so Houston had to settle for a field goal. Hopkins was his target on a pivotal 4th-and-1 while facing a 28-16 deficit early in the fourth, but the pass didn't connect. Things got even worse for Watson when he was picked off on the next drive, but he bounced back by hitting Hopkins for a four-yard touchdown before throwing another interception to seal the loss in the final minute. Watson has had an up-and-down season under center, with 11 passing touchdowns in his three best outings and just two in his other four games. Despite the inconsistency, Watson remains a strong fantasy play for his team's Week 8 meeting with the Raiders.

Cousins completed 24 of 34 pass attempts for 337 yards and four touchdowns during Sunday's 42-30 win over the Lions.

Cousins was masterful in this one, averaging 9.9 yards per attempt while completing 71 percent of his passes. He lost Adam Thielen to a hamstring injury early in the contest, but he was still able to complete touchdown passes to four different receivers and exceeded 300 passing yards for the third straight game. Cousins has a sparkling 10:1 TD:INT over that stretch and will next face a struggling Redskins team on Thursday night.

Stafford completed 30 of 45 pass attempts for 364 yards, four touchdowns, and one interception during Sunday's 42-30 loss to the Vikings.

Stafford completed 67 percent of his passes and averaged a respectable 8.1 yards per attempt, despite facing a tough Minnesota defense. Kerryon Johnson was injured early in the contest and forced Detroit to lean on the passing game even more, to which Stafford responded with four touchdown strikes to Marvin Jones. It was his fourth game with multiple touchdown passes this season and the second time he's exceeded 350 passing yards. Stafford will enjoy a favorable matchup in Week 8 against the Giants.

Allen completed 16 of 26 passes for 202 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions in the Bills' 31-21 win over the Dolphins on Sunday. He also rushed four times for 32 yards and notched a two-point conversion rush.

Allen had a more difficult time than he likely imagined coming in, but he still managed to generate a fantasy-friendly line. The second-year signal-caller put together his first interception-free performance since Week 2, even as he took multiple sacks for the third consecutive game. Allen connected for both of his passing scores in the fourth quarter, hitting John Brown from 20 yards out to erase a 14-9 deficit and then coming back with a three-yard dart in the left side of the end zone to Cole Beasley just after the halfway point of the final period. Allen now has a 4:1 TD:INT over his last two games and will look to continue his strong play in a Week 8 interconference showdown against the Eagles.

Brissett completed 26 of 39 passes for 326 yards and four touchdowns in Sunday's 30-23 win over the Texans. He added six yards on five rushing attempts and lost a fumble.

Brissett opened the scoring with an 11-yard touchdown to Zach Pascal in the first quarter, but he lost a costly fumble on a mishandled shotgun snap in the second to set Houston up with 1st-and-goal. He made amends for that error by finding T.Y. Hilton for a two-yard touchdown before halftime, and Brissett continued to spread the ball out in the third quarter with a four-yard touchdown pass to Eric Ebron followed by a three-yarder to Pascal. Brissett has thrown multiple touchdowns in five of six games this season, with a 14:3 touchdown to interception ratio overall. His Colts will play host to the Broncos in Week 8.

Trubisky (shoulder) is active for Sunday's Week 7 tilt versus the Saints.

Trubisky's active status was expected after he managed to practice in full all week. The third-year quarterback will be making his first appearance since Week 4, when he suffered his shoulder injury six snaps into a game against the Vikings. Trubisky will look to pick up where he left off in his last full game, a 231-yard, three-touchdown effort against the Redskins in Week 3 during which he completed a season-high 80.6 percent of his passes.

The second opinion Mahomes recently received for his dislocated right kneecap "went well," but the Chiefs have yet to establish a firm timeline for the quarterback's return to game action, Herbie Teope of The Kansas City Star reports.

While the team has remained fairly mum on Mahomes' injury, Adam Schefter of ESPN reported Sunday that the reigning MVP could return "in three weeks, if not sooner." Meanwhile, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network suggested that Mahomes' timeline has been estimated at around 3-to-5 weeks, with the signal-caller expected back no later than the Dec. 1 game against the Raiders. Whenever Mahomes is cleared to start again, Teope notes that it'll hinge on how the 24-year-old proceeds through a slate of rehab work and follow-up evaluations. Matt Moore is expected to step in for Mahomes as the starting quarterback beginning with the Week 8 matchup with Green Bay.
