Prescott completed 16 of 25 passes for 160 yards and one touchdown during Sunday's 20-13 victory over the Giants. He added 45 rushing yards on seven carries.

Showing no signs of the minor ankle injury he picked up in last week's season opener, Prescott opened the scoring with a 64-yard strike to Tavon Austin on the Cowboys' first possession of the game, making fans temporarily forget about the struggles the quarterback had throwing the ball Week 1. However, that relief was short-lived, as Prescott then struggled to get much of anything going again until the fourth quarter, and he ultimately averaged just 2.9 yards per attempt on his final 21 pass attempts after starting off 4-for-4 for 100 yards and his lone touchdown. While Prescott did manage to run the ball well, the third-year pro has still to do anything this season to warrant starting consideration in most single-quarterback fantasy formats.

Keenum completed 19 of 35 pass attempts for 222 yards and an interception in Sunday's 20-19 win over Oakland. He added 16 yards and a touchdown on three carries.

Keenum was just 5-for-11 for 38 yards, three first downs, and zero scoring drives in the first half. He started with three three-and-outs in the first quarter and followed that up with an interception to start the second. However, the 30-year-old regrouped at the break and led scoring drives on all four second-half possessions, concluding the comeback win with his own rushing score and Brandon McManus' game-winning field goal with just six seconds left. While the seventh-year pro will certainly take the win, he has had a bit of a rocky start to his Broncos career and will look for more consistency Week 3 at Baltimore.

Carr completed 29 of 32 passing attempts for 288 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 20-19 loss to Denver.

Carr's first touchdown pass of the season went to Seth Roberts for a 20-yard third-quarter score that put the Raiders up 19-7. Unfortunately, that was the end of the scoring for Oakland on the day, but the 27-year-old showed marked improvement in this one and did not turn the ball over. He also managed to find Amari Cooper 10 times, which bodes well for the offense going forward. The fifth-year veteran will try to build on that momentum in a tough cross-country trip Week 3 at Miami.

Goff completed 24 of 32 passes for 354 yards with a touchdown and an interception in Sunday's 34-0 win over the Cardinals.

Goff nearly finished his uber-efficient outing without a touchdown before connecting with Tyler Higbee on a short scoring pass late in the game. Todd Gurley accounted for the Rams' other three TDs despite averaging just 2.2 yards on 19 carries. Goff has picked up right where he left off last season, already showing better chemistry with Brandin Cooks (159 yards) than he ever did with Sammy Watkins. The Rams have a Week 3 home game against the Chargers.

Stafford completed 34 of 53 passes for 347 yards with three touchdowns and zero interceptions during Sunday's 30-27 loss to the 49ers. He also rushed once for eight yards and lost a fumble.

Stafford bounced back from a miserable Week 1 performance, improving in almost every significant passing category and nearly rallying his team to a come-from-behind victory in the fourth quarter. Despite the team's offseason commitment to the running game, Stafford has been extremely busy through the first two games of the year; the Lions have thrown the ball on over three-fourths of their offensive plays thus far. The fact that Detroit has trailed by at least a 14-point deficit in the fourth quarter of each contest obviously played a significant role in why this is so, but it wouldn't be very surprising if Stafford consistently finds himself in these situations this season given how ineffective the Lions defense has been. Expect Stafford to be plenty busy when Detroit attempts to keep pace with New England in Week 3.

Garoppolo threw for 206 yards and two touchdowns while completing 18 of 26 pass attempts Sunday against the Lions. He also carried three times for four yards in the 30-27 win.

Garoppolo completed 69 percent of his passes and connected with eight different receivers, though his numbers were suppressed a bit by a strong effort from the rushing attack. He completed a four-yard touchdown pass to Kendrick Bourne in the second quarter and capped off a short drive with an 11-yard strike to Garrett Celek to begin the third. It was a solid bounce-back performance for Garoppolo, who turned the ball over three times while suffering his first loss as the 49ers' starter last week against the Vikings. He'll likely be asked to do more Week 3 as his team looks to keep pace with an explosive Chiefs offense.

Coach Steve Wilks declined to commit to Bradford as the starting quarterback for Week 3 against Chicago, Kyle Odegard of the Cardinals' official site reports.

Wilks didn't actually say anything specific when asked about the quarterback situation, sticking with the typical coach's statement of "everybody will be evaluated." Bradford struggled through another awful outing in Sunday's 34-0 loss to the Rams, completing 17 of 27 passes for 90 yards and an interception. With Josh Rosen waiting in the wings and Arizona's season seemingly going nowhere, Bradford will be on a short leash even if he does keep the starting job for another week.

Mahomes racked up 326 yards and six touchdowns on 23 of 28 passing during Sunday's 42-37 win over the Steelers. He added 18 yards on five carries.

Mahomes started red hot, finding Chris Conley and Travis Kelce up the seams for two early touchdowns. He showed that he is human by slowing off that otherworldly pace a little bit as the game wore on, but Mahomes still looks like an absolute star to start his career. We're only two games in, but Mahomes' touchdown rate of 18.2 percent is over twice that of Carson Wentz's league-leading rate of 7.5 percent in 2017. Mahomes looks like he can only be contained, not stopped, in Andy Reid's offense.

Cousins completed 35 of 48 pass attempts for 425 yards, four touchdowns and one interception Sunday against the Packers. He also carried two times for five yards in the 29-29 tie.

Cousins faced a sizable deficit heading into the fourth quarter, but he got his team back in the game with touchdown passes to Stefon Diggs of three and 76 yards, respectively. He then capped off the comeback with a 22-yard strike to Adam Thielen, which he followed up with a two-point conversion to Diggs. Unfortunately, Cousins was unable to lead any winning scoring drives in the ensuing overtime period, though he did get them into position twice before kicker Daniel Carlson missed a pair of field goals. After signing a big-money deal in the offseason, Cousins could hardly have asked for a better start to his Vikings tenure, totaling 669 yards, six touchdowns and just one interception through two weeks. He'll look to keep it rolling Week 3 against the hapless Bills.

Darnold completed 25 of 41 passes for 334 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions in Sunday's 20-12 loss to Miami. He also gained one yard on two rushing attempts.

Darnold once again put his team in an early hole with a first-quarter interception -- this one was returned to the Jets' 15-yard line -- and Miami got into the end zone three plays later. He almost rebounded with a score late in the first half, but he overthrew a wide open Quincy Enunwa in the back of the end zone before watching tight end Chris Herndon get tackled at the one-yard line as the clock expired. The rookie bounced back after the break by getting his team on the board with a 28-yard touchdown pass to Bilal Powell, but he got picked off in the end zone on the next drive and failed to engineer another touchdown drive afterward. Mistakes are to be expected from a quarterback in his second pro game, but there's no doubt Darnold can sling it.
