Tyrod Taylor QB | GB
Bills' Tyrod Taylor: Diagnosed with concussion
Taylor was officially diagnosed with a concussion suffered during Saturday's game, Chris Brown of the Bills' official site reports.
Taylor, who exited Saturday's preseason game against the Ravens to be evaluated for a head injury, has two weeks to clear the NFL's concussion protocol before facing the Jets in Week 1. If he isn't ready in time, the Bills likely will start fifth-round rookie Nathan Peterman.

Tyrod Taylor QB | GB
Bills' Tyrod Taylor: Under evaluation for concussion
Taylor exited Saturday's preseason game against the Ravens to be evaluated for a concussion, Mike Rodak of ESPN reports.
Taylor fell hard on the back of his head while getting sacked by a Ravens defender in the first quarter. He was taken to the locker room and replaced by rookie Nathan Peterman.

Russell Wilson QB | NYG
Seahawks' Russell Wilson: Airs it out against Chiefs
Wilson completed 13 of 19 passes for 200 yards and a score in Friday's preseason win over the Chiefs. He also added four yards rushing during the contest.
Playing into the third quarter, five of Wilson's 13 completions went for 20 or more yards. Wilson has now averaged more than 10 yards per attempt in all three of Seattle's preseason contests. Wilson's legs always make him a worthy fantasy starter, but Wilson really left his mark while airing it out deep in 2015 - tallying 34 passing touchdowns while posting a career high 8.3 yards per attempt. If the Seahawks toss it down the field during the season the way they have in the preseason, Wilson could be primed for a rebound season.

Matthew Stafford QB | LAR
Lions' Matthew Stafford: Finds groove Friday versus Patriots
Stafford completed 15 of 22 passes for 190 yards, two touchdowns and one interception in Friday's 30-28 preseason loss to the Patriots.
Though he struggled early on, Stafford found a groove as the first half progressed and led an 80-yard touchdown drive just before halftime, which he capped off with a touchdown pass to Marvin Jones. He proceeded to orchestrate another long scoring drive to open the second half and was pulled from the game at that point in favor of Jake Rudock. Though Stafford will sit out next week's preseason finale against the Bills, he demonstrated in this one that he's ready to go for the start of the regular season.

Jared Goff QB | DET
Rams' Jared Goff: Likely to play into second quarter Saturday
Goff is expected to receive approximately the same playing time against the Chargers on Saturday as he did against Oakland last week, Rich Hammond of the Los Angeles Daily News reports.
Goff completed 16 of 20 passes for 160 yards and a touchdown against the Raiders last week, and the first-team offense accumulated 17 points before calling it a night in the second quarter. The sophomore quarterback has impressed this offseason and in preseason action, but expectations should remain in check. While there is definitely reason for optimism, buoyed by the Rams' recent trade for talented wideout Sammy Watkins, it's way too early to consider Goff a consistent weekly option, and he's probably only worth owning in keeper/dynasty settings and two-QB formats at this stage of the game.

Mitch Trubisky QB | TEN
Bears' Mitchell Trubisky: Will start second half Sunday
Trubisky is expected to start the second half of Sunday's preseason game at Tennessee with the first-team offense, Patrick Finley of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
Under normal circumstances, Trubisky's arrival on the field wouldn't be a surprise in preseason Week 3, but the rookie actually worked with the first-teamers in practice for the first time Wednesday. After the session, head coach John Fox stated there's been "no change" to the quarterback depth chart, with Mike Glennon still in the top spot, per Adam Jahns of the Chicago Sun-Times. Instead, the Bears planned all along to work Trubisky into the first-team mix. The pseudo-promotion is warranted, as he's thoroughly outplayed Glennon to the tune of 24-for-33 passing for 226 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions in two preseason appearances.

Stephen Morris QB | SEA
Colts' Stephen Morris: Moves to No. 3 QB
Morris has moved back ahead of Phillip Walker on the depth chart, but Scott Tolzien will start Saturday's preseason game at Pittsburgh and likely play into the third quarter, the Indianapolis Star reports.
Tolzien has had a lackluster preseason, failing to lead the Colts on a touchdown drive in two preseason starts. Morris has played well in two preseason games (14-for-35 for 205 yards with 1 TD) and has been getting time with the second-team offense. It's a stretch to think he could start over Tolzien if Andrew Luck misses Week 1 with a shoulder injury. However, Morris could get a shot if Luck remains out multiple regular-season games and Tolzien struggles.

Blaine Gabbert QB | KC
Cardinals' Blaine Gabbert: Still No. 3 quarterback
Gabbert remains the Cardinals' No. 3 quarterback, Darren Urban of the team's official site reports.
When asked about a potential QB controversy between Drew Stanton and Gabbert on Tuesday, head coach Bruce Arians was defiantly in Stanton's corner as the backup to Carson Palmer, likely due to his experience within the offense. The question was somewhat valid due to Gabbert directing the offense on six scoring drives in three preseason games, including four for touchdowns. His overall line is also fair -- 30 for 48 for 412 yards and one touchdown versus one interception -- but indecisiveness has reigned, as evidenced by eight sacks taken. It'll be interesting to see if Gabbert's performance will force the Cardinals to keep three signal-callers on the 53-man roster.

Aaron Rodgers QB | PIT
Packers' Aaron Rodgers: Playing Saturday
Rodgers is expected to start Saturday's preseason game at Denver, Ryan Wood of the Green Bay Press-Gazette reports.
Prior to his exhibition debut Saturday, Rodgers handled the initial snaps with the first-team offense in practice, forecasting an imminent appearance. He's following a similar routine this week, so he's in line for extensive run in preseason Week 3, which is the game in which starters league-wide earn their largest snap count.
