Derek Carr QB | NO
Raiders' Derek Carr: Orchestrates road win Sunday versus Titans
Carr completed 21 of 35 passes for 249 yards, one touchdown and one interception during Sunday's 17-10 road win over the Titans.
Carr put his team up 14 points with a second quarter touchdown pass to Seth Roberts, but he was unable to find the end zone for the rest of the day as the Tennessee defense clamped down. He registered a season-low in yardage and turned the ball over for the first time, but Carr is still averaging a solid 289 yards per game through the air and owns a 5:1 TD:INT ratio after three games. Carr and company will be on the road again next week versus the Ravens.

Aaron Rodgers QB | PIT
Packers' Aaron Rodgers: Throws for four touchdowns against Lions
Rodgers completed 15 of 24 passes for 205 yards and four touchdowns while adding five rushes for 22 yards in Sunday's 34-27 over the Lions.
Rodgers and the Packers got exactly the start they needed Sunday, scoring touchdowns on four of their first five drives. All of the scores were through the air, and the offense seemed to be in the groove that has come to be expected from a Rodgers-led attack. The star quarterback encouragingly hooked up with Jordy Nelson twice in the first half, with the two looking to be very much on the same page. The second half was a different story, as Rodgers attempted only six passes after halftime, completing three of them for 31 yards. Still, it was an encouraging performance from the quarterback after a poor Week 2 effort in Minnesota. The Packers will have a bye in Week 4 before hosting the Giants at Lambeau on Oct. 9.

Matthew Stafford QB | LAR
Lions' Matthew Stafford: Comeback effort comes up short
Stafford completed 28 of 41 pass attempts for 385 yards and three touchdowns during Sunday's loss to the Packers. He also added an interception and 11 yards on two carries.
Stafford and the Lions were forced to play from behind for a majority of Sunday's contest after getting down early, which opened the door for the quarterback to put up big numbers. His favorite target Week 3 turned out to be Marvin Jones, who he connected with six times for 205 yards and two scores, including a 73-yard play. Stafford had a similar game to his Week 1 performance against the Colts, when he also tossed three touchdowns. Sunday's effort was a notable improvement from a lackluster performance in last week's loss to the Titans. His next test will come next week in a division matchup against the Bears.

Trevor Siemian QB | ATL
Broncos' Trevor Siemian: Piles up four touchdowns on Bengals
Siemian connected on 23 of 35 pass attempts for 312 yards and four touchdowns in a Week 4 victory over the Bengals. He added five yards rushing on three carries.
Who said that Siemian can't throw deep? After a week of being tabbed one of the most deep-ball averse signal-callers in the game, the second-year passer aired it out against Cincinnati's secondary - including touchdown bombs to Emmanuel Sanders and Demaryius Thomas of 41 and 55 yards, respectively. After passing tough tests early on against the Panthers and the Bengals, Siemian's next few match-ups will be more favorable, with games against the Buccaneers and the Falcons - both of which have posted sub-par pass-defensive statistics early on this season.

Brian Hoyer QB | LV
Bears' Brian Hoyer: Expected to start Sunday
Hoyer is expected to be under center for the Bears in Sunday's game at Dallas, Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports reports.
Hoyer has had the entire offseason to accustom himself with the Bears' offensive playmakers, namely Alshon Jeffery, who was afflicted by a knee injury during Week 3 prep. In 44 career games, Hoyer has completed 58 percent of his passes for 7,241 yards with 38 touchdowns and 26 interceptions.

Cardale Jones QB | LAC
Bills' Cardale Jones: Inactive for Sunday's game
Jones (shoulder) is inactive for Sunday's matchup with the Cardinals.
Jones will have to wait at least one more week before he suits up for his first NFL game, as he has been inactive the first three weeks of the season with a shoulder injury. EJ Manuel will again serve as the No. 2 quarterback behind Tyrod Taylor on Sunday.

Jacoby Brissett QB | ARI
Patriots' Jacoby Brissett: Dealing with thumb issue
The severity of Brissett's right thumb issue has yet to be clarified, the Patriots' official site reports.
While initially there was speculation suggesting that Brissett may have suffered a torn ligament in his thumb, subsequent reports made the injury seem less ominous, including a report via ESPN's Dianna Russini that the QB is dealing with a sprained thumb that will not require surgery. In any case, we expect added clarity this coming week on the status of both Brissett and Jimmy Garoppolo, who was inactive Thursday due to a shoulder injury. New England's next game is in on Oct. 2, against the Bills, giving the Patriots some time to evaluate the health of the two QBs on their active roster, and quite possibly add depth at the position. Of course, looming large for the team on that front is the fact the top signal-caller Tom Brady (suspension) will be eligible to return to action in Week 5.

Bryce Petty QB | MIA
Jets' Bryce Petty: Ruled out for Sunday
Petty (shoulder) has been ruled out of Sunday's game against the Chiefs.
Petty's shoulder injury continued to keep him sidelined through practice this week and will leave him inactive for a third straight game to begin his career. As a result, Geno Smith will serve as the Jets' backup to starting quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick this Sunday.

Jacoby Brissett QB | ARI
Patriots' Jacoby Brissett: Dealing with thumb issue
NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports that Brissett suffered a thumb sprain Thursday against the Texans.
Rapoport adds that Brissett's thumb injury is "not deemed to be a serious one," with the injury slated to be monitored leading up the Patriots' Oct. 2 tilt against the Bills. That said, with Tom Brady suspended for one more game and Jimmy Garoppolo dealing with a shoulder injury, we'd expect the Patriots to add QB depth in the coming days.

Brian Hoyer QB | LV
Bears' Brian Hoyer: Starting status not yet confirmed
Hoyer's potential status as the Bears' starting quarterback isn't expected to be confirmed or not until the team releases its inactive list prior to Sunday night's game against the Cowboys.
Hoyer is anticipated to start in Jay Cutler's (thumb) absence Sunday in Dallas, but his status probably won't be solidified publicly until Chicago's inactives are posted about 90 minutes before kickoff. With 26 career starts to his name, Hoyer represents an experienced alternative to Cutler and is coming off his best season last year, but his limitations as a passer are well known at this point, making him an underwhelming fantasy option should he indeed start Sunday.
