Tua Tagovailoa QB | MIA
Dolphins' Tua Tagovailoa: Free of concussion symptoms
Tagovailoa (concussion) has been "symptom free" and has met with neurologists, and at this stage, the quarterback hasn't received any feedback that has dissuaded him from continuing his playing career, Adam Schefter reported Monday on ESPN's "Monday Night Countdown" program.
Tagovailoa was diagnosed with his fourth documented concussion in five years back on Sept. 12, when he collided with the Bills' Damar Hamlin while rushing for a first down. Despite Tagovailoa's troubling history with concussions, he thus far seems to be making good progress in his recovery. After being placed on injured reserve following the Week 2 loss to Buffalo, Tagovailoa won't be eligible to return to the Dolphins' active roster until the team's Week 8 matchup with the Cardinals. Tagovailoa seems like he could be a realistic option to return to option for that game, provided he doesn't take a turn for the worse in his recovery along with the Dolphins being comfortable having him play again.

Skylar Thompson QB | PIT
Dolphins' Skylar Thompson: Limited practice Wednesday
Thompson (ribs) was a limited participant at practice Wednesday, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
After logging three straight limited practices Week 4, Thompson was the Dolphins' inactive emergency third quarterback for this past Monday's loss to the Titans. Thompson's status for this weekend's game against the Patriots has yet to be determined, but if he's active, he'll be serving in a backup role behind Tyler Huntley. The Dolphins announced Wednesday that Huntley will make a second straight start Sunday, according to Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com.

Aaron Rodgers QB | PIT
Jets' Aaron Rodgers: Limited in practice
Rodgers (knee) was a limited practice participant Wednesday, but head coach Robert Saleh said he's "not concerned" about the quarterback's availability Sunday against Minnesota, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.
The prior expectation was that Rodgers would be a full practice participant, but some limitations to start the week shouldn't threaten his availability for the game in London this Sunday. He's been getting treatment for a swollen knee after mentioning that both of his legs hurt during Sunday's 10-9 loss to Denver.

Josh Allen QB | BUF
Bills' Josh Allen: No limitations in practice
Allen (back) was a full practice participant Wednesday.
Allen dealt with soreness after Sunday's loss at Baltimore but doesn't have any limitations at practice three days later. He'll be good to go this Sunday, drawing another matchup against an AFC heavyweight in the Texans.

Anthony Richardson QB | IND
Colts' Anthony Richardson: Logs limited practice
Richardson was listed as a limited participant at Wednesday's practice due to an oblique strain.
After initial reports suggested that Richardson wouldn't practice, the quarterback logged a limited session after all. Additionally, the nature of the injury he is dealing with has been clarified solely as an oblique strain rather than a hip or abdominal issue. Richardson now has two more chances to upgrade to full practice participation ahead of Sunday's game against the Jaguars, but his ability to practice in any capacity Wednesday represents an encouraging sign regarding his status.

Russell Wilson QB | NYG
Steelers' Russell Wilson: Remains limited in practice
Wilson (calf) was a limited practice participant Wednesday, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.
Head coach Mike Tomlin said Tuesday that Wilson would ramp up his activity level this week, doing more "live pocket" work during practice. Wilson may soon be ready to step in for Kyle Allen as the No. 2 quarterback, after serving as the emergency No. 3 for the first month of the season. Justin Fields' solid performance to date has him securely in the starting job for now, even though Tomlin has publicly been non-committal on a starter until Wilson is fully healthy.

Jordan Love QB | GB
Packers' Jordan Love: Limited Wednesday
Love (knee) was a limited participant at Wednesday's practice, Bill Huber of SI.com reports.
Head coach Matt LaFleur relayed the news to Matt Schneidman of The Athletic, while adding that Love is "just getting back in the groove" after returning from a two-game absence to start this past Sunday's 31-29 loss to the Vikings. Love took some time to get going against Minnesota, but he finished 32-for-54 passing for 389 yards, four touchdowns and three interceptions. He has two sessions remaining this week in which to log his first full practice since prep for the season opener in Brazil before this Sunday's game against the Rams.

Anthony Richardson QB | IND
Colts' Anthony Richardson: At practice Wednesday
Richardson (oblique/abdomen) was present for practice Wednesday, James Boyd of The Athletic reports.
Boyd had previously reported that Richardson wasn't in line to practice, but evidently that pertained to the team portions of Wednesday's session. The Colts' first Week 5 injury report will be released later Wednesday and reveal Richardson's official activity level, and he could go down as a limited participant.

Anthony Richardson QB | IND
Colts' Anthony Richardson: Not practicing Wednesday
Richardson (oblique/abdomen) won't practice Wednesday, Nate Atkins of The Indianapolis Star reports.
According to Atkins, Richardson said that he's feeling better, but the Colts will elect to proceed cautiously with the quarterback as the team's practice week opens up. Meanwhile, Richardson noted Wednesday that he thinks he could play Sunday against the Jaguars without practicing, but added that the hope is that he'll be able to practice Thursday or Friday.

Marcus Mariota QB | WAS
Commanders' Marcus Mariota: Practice window opens
The Commanders announced Wednesday that Mariota (chest) has been designated for a return to practice.
Mariota will have a 21-day window to be evaluated at practice, and Washington can add him back to the 53-man roster at any time during that three-week stretch. Once healthy, Mariota is expected to replace Jeff Driskel as the top backup to rookie signal-caller Jayden Daniels. Mariota was initially placed on injured reserve early in the regular season due to a chest injury sustained during practice.
