Gardner Minshew QB | ARI
Colts' Gardner Minshew: Struggles with turnovers in loss
Minshew completed 33 of 55 passes for 329 yards with one touchdown and three interceptions in the Colts' 37-20 loss to the Jaguars on Sunday. He also rushed twice for four yards and and lost a fumble.
Minshew's season-best yardage total was secondary to his untimely quartet of turnovers, which helped sink the Colts' chances in the divisional clash. The one-time Jaguars starter's first two interceptions and his fumble led to a total of 17 Jacksonville points, and he also gave the ball up on downs on each of Indianapolis' last two possessions. Despite the sloppy game, Minshew may be the Colts' best option under center for the foreseeable future, considering Ian Rapoport of NFL.com reported earlier Sunday that season-ending surgery is being considered for Anthony Richardson's shoulder injury.

Ryan Tannehill QB | TEN
Titans' Ryan Tannehill: On crutches after Sunday's game
Tannehill, who suffered a right ankle injury during Sunday's 24-16 loss to the Ravens in London, was on crutches following the contest, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Schefter adds that Tannehill is slated to undergo an MRI when the Titans return to the United States. Until the results of the MRI are read, the extent of the quarterback's injury likely won't be known. The Titans will be on bye Week 7, but at this stage, Tannehill's availability for the team's next game Oct. 29 versus the Falcons is up in the air. Malik Willis took over for Tannehill in the fourth quarter Sunday, completing four of five pass attempts for 74 yards while adding 17 yards on three carries and taking four sacks.

Justin Fields QB | KC
Bears' Justin Fields: X-rays negative on right hand
Coach Matt Eberflus said X-rays were returned negative on Fields' right hand following Sunday's 19-13 loss to the Vikings, and the quarterback will have an MRI on Monday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Fields was sacked four times Sunday, and the last one in the middle of the third quarter knocked him from the game for good. After the play, he was favoring his right hand and eventually made his way to the locker room, from which he was ruled out. Undrafted rookie Tyson Bagent took over the offense thereafter, and the Bears also have Nathan Peterman on the active roster, so those two could stand to benefit if Monday's tests result in any sort of absence for Fields.

Sam Howell QB | DAL
Commanders' Sam Howell: Three touchdown passes in win
Howell completed 14 of 23 passes for 151 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions in Sunday's 24-16 win over the Falcons. He also rushed four times for three yards.
Howell's passing yardage total certainly wasn't anything to write home about, but he more than made up for it with his trio of scoring tosses. Two of those went to running backs, as Howell connected with Antonio Gibson (one yard) and Brian Robinson (24 yards) in the second and third quarters, respectively, sandwiching those touchdown throws around a seven-yard strike to Curtis Samuel. Howell now has a 5:1 TD:INT over his last two games and draws a favorable matchup against the Giants on the road in Week 7.

C.J. Stroud QB | HOU
Texans' C.J. Stroud: Throws first interception in win
Stroud completed 13 of 27 passes for 199 yards, two touchdowns and one interception in Sunday's 20-13 win over the Saints. He added three rushing attempts for two yards.
Stroud threw his first career interception on Houston's second possession, ending his streak of passes without being picked off at 191. The Texans actually retained the ball on the play because Saints linebacker Zack Baun fumbled after recording the interception, and Stroud capitalized on the second chance by finding Dalton Schultz for a one-yard touchdown six plays later. He added a six-yard touchdown pass to Robert Woods in the second quarter. The second overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft has a 9:1 TD:INT heading into Houston's Week 7 bye.

Desmond Ridder QB | GB
Falcons' Desmond Ridder: Mixed results in loss
Ridder completed 28 of 47 passes for 307 yards, two touchdowns and three interceptions during Sunday's 24-16 loss to the Commanders. He also rushed twice for 18 yards.
Ridder threw for over 300 yards for a second straight game, but his overall performance was marred by a trio of turnovers. He started out hot, completing a couple of big passes on Atlanta's opening drive culminating in a nine-yard touchdown to Kyle Pitts, but Ridder hit a wall after that. After falling behind by double figures early in the second half, the Falcons clawed their way back, and Ridder made it a one-score game with a short touchdown connection to Jonnu Smith early in the final frame. However, Atlanta couldn't complete the comeback, as Ridder threw two fourth-quarter interceptions. The turnovers are certainly concerning, but fantasy managers shouldn't overlook the fact that Ridder has thrown the ball 185 times over the past five weeks. This type of usage can certainly be conducive to fantasy production, but Ridder has been too inconsistent to trust on a regular basis.

Trevor Lawrence QB | JAC
Jaguars' Trevor Lawrence: Hurts knee late in game
Lawrence exited late in the fourth quarter of Sunday's 37-20 win over the Colts with a knee injury and didn't return, Demetrius Harvey of The Florida Times-Union reports.
Lawrence sustained the injury when he was sacked with just over three minutes remaining in the fourth. Jacksonville initially listed Lawrence as questionable to return after he was able to walk off the field under his own power, but because the Jaguars were holding a 17-point lead when they got the ball back with 1:45 left in the game, C.J. Beathard ended up taking the snaps for the final possession. During his three-plus quarters of action Sunday, Lawrence completed 20 of his 30 passing attempts for 181 yards with two touchdowns and an interception to go with three carries for 15 yards. Jacksonville plays again Thursday versus New Orleans, so Lawrence's status will need to be monitored closely ahead of the Week 7 contest.

Justin Fields QB | KC
Bears' Justin Fields: Ruled out of Sunday's game
Fields (hand) won't return to Sunday's game versus the Vikings, Alec Lewis of The Athletic reports.
Fields departed in the middle of the third quarter following a sack, which forced a visit to the sideline tent and eventually the locker room. With the Bears ruling him out, he'll end Week 6 action with 58 yards, no touchdowns and one interception on 6-for-10 passing and eight carries for 46 yards. Fields handed off the Bears offense to undrafted rookie Tyson Bagent.

Tanner McKee QB | PHI
Eagles' Tanner McKee: Serving as emergency QB
McKee (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Jets but will serve as the emergency quarterback.
Once again, McKee will technically be inactive but will be eligible to play if both Jalen Hurts and Marcus Mariota are sidelined by injury during the contest. McKee, a rookie sixth-round pick, has yet to appear in an NFL regular-season game.

Justin Fields QB | KC
Bears' Justin Fields: Uncertain to return Sunday
The Bears list Fields (hand) as questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Vikings.
Fields is receiving further evaluation after he appeared to injure his throwing hand when he took a sack early in the third quarter. Tyson Bagent took over at quarterback for Fields, who carried eight times for 46 yards and completed six of 10 pass attempts for 58 yards and an interception prior to his departure.
