Justin Fields QB | KC
Bears' Justin Fields: Departs with hand injury
Fields exited Sunday's game against the Vikings due to a right hand injury, Kevin Fishbain of The Athletic reports.
After taking a sack in the third quarter, Fields paid a visit to the sideline medical tent before making his way to the locker room with a towel over his right hand. The nature of the issue isn't known, but as long as Fields is sidelined, undrafted rookie Tyson Bagent will direct the Bears offense.

Malik Cunningham QB | DET
Patriots' Malik Cunningham: Suits up as top backup
Cunningham is active for Sunday's game against the Raiders.
Meanwhile, Bailey Zappe is listed as the Patriots' emergency third QB on Sunday, while Will Grier is inactive. As a result, the versatile Cunningham slots in as the team's No. 2 QB behind Mac Jones in Week 6 and could also potentially see some snaps on designed plays, per Evan Lazar of the Patriots' official site.

Malik Willis QB | MIA
Titans' Malik Willis: Enters in relief
Willis completed four of five passes for 74 yards with no touchdowns or interceptions in Sunday's 24-16 loss to the Ravens. He added three rushes for 17 yards.
Willis entered the game in relief of an injured Ryan Tannehill (ankle) early in the fourth quarter and led a comeback effort for the Titans. His stat line looks positive, though he benefitted significantly from a 48-yard catch and run from Tyjae Spears that came almost entirely after the reception. While Willis showed off some ability with his legs, he also took four sacks that ultimately stalled a long drive. The Titans will head into a bye week, which will give Tannehill the opportunity to get healthy. However, it's also possible that Willis or Will Levis will line up for a Week 8 start against the Falcons.

Ryan Tannehill QB | TEN
Titans' Ryan Tannehill: Plans to get MRI on ankle
Tannehill said after Sunday's 24-16 loss to the Ravens in London that he'll undergo an MRI after exiting the contest in the fourth quarter with a right ankle injury, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports. He completed eight of 16 pass attempts for 76 yards and an interception before departing.
Tannehill limped off the field with the right ankle injury during the Titans' first possession of the second half, but he was able to check back into the contest for the next two drives while sporting a heavy tape job on the ankle. However, after a poor throw on the Titans' final drive of the third quarter resulted in a Geno Stone interception, Tannehill once again looked to be favoring the ankle and was carted to the locker room. Tannehill underwent X-rays while in the locker room, but the MRI should provide a clearer picture on the extent of the injury. With a bye on tap Week 7, Tannehill will have extra time to heal up from the injury before the Titans return to action Oct. 29 versus the Falcons.

Lamar Jackson QB | BAL
Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Effective on ground in Week 6 win
Jackson completed 21 of 30 passes for 223 yards and a touchdown with one interception in Sunday's 24-16 win over the Titans. He added 62 rushing yards on 13 carries.
While Baltimore struggled in the red zone -- Justin Tucker carried the offense with six field goals -- Jackson did hit Zay Flowers for a 10-yard score in the second quarter, and the quarterback was able to extend plays and drives with his legs as he led the Ravens in rushing. Jackson's 5:3 TD:INT through six games isn't much, but he's completed at least 70 percent of his passes in five of those contests, suggesting better passing numbers should lie ahead once he's fully comfortable with offensive coordinator Todd Monken's new scheme. Next up in Week 7 is a home tilt against a Lions defense that's allowed eight passing TDs through five games, a figure topped by only four other secondaries.

Jaren Hall QB | SEA
Vikings' Jaren Hall: No. 2 QB in Week 6
Hall is active for Sunday's contest against the Bears and will serve as the backup quarterback.
Hall moves into the backup spot after the Vikings placed Nick Mullens (back) on injured reserve Wednesday. Hall has served as the emergency option this season and will be the next man up should Kirk Cousins sustain an injury.

Ryan Tannehill QB | TEN
Titans' Ryan Tannehill: Tweaks ankle, iffy to return
Tannehill headed to the locker room on a cart in the fourth quarter of Sunday's game against the Ravens with an apparent right ankle injury and is considered questionable to return, Jamie Erdahl of NFL Network reports.
Tannehill initially appeared to suffer the injury during the Titans' first possession of the third quarter, but he returned to the field with his ankle taped up for the team's subsequent two drives. After Tannehill underthrew a ball for an interception late in the third quarter, the Titans decided to send Tannehill to the locker room for further evaluation. Malik Willis took over at quarterback for Tannehill, who may not be available to return to the contest. If Tannehill's day is in fact done, he'll finish with eight completions on 16 attempts for 76 yards and an interception.

Jake Luton QB | LV
Saints' Jake Luton: Won't suit up Sunday
Luton (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Texans.
Luton latched on with the Saints when Derek Carr was dealing with a shoulder injury. However, the latter never had to miss any time, leaving Luton as the No. 4 quarterback behind Carr, Jameis Winston and Taysom Hill. Luton hasn't appeared in an NFL regular-season game since 2020.
