  • Bears' Justin Fields: Considered day-to-day

Coach Matt Eberflus said Monday that Fields (shoulder) is day-to-day, Courtney Cronin of ESPN.com reports.

Fields suffered a left shoulder injury during a broken play in Sunday's loss to the Falcons and was scheduled for an MRI on Monday. The details of the evaluation remain unclear, but it appears the quarterback has avoided a worst-case scenario. Eberflus added, "We'll see where he is on Wednesday." As a result, his availability for Week 12 should become clearer as the week progresses. Luckily, the injury is to Fields' non-throwing shoulder, but the issue still may limit his rushing attempts moving forward. If he's sidelined Sunday, Trevor Siemian presumably would operate as Chicago's primary signal-caller.

  • Bears' Justin Fields: Receiving MRI on Monday

Fields is scheduled to undergo an MRI on Monday as the Bears look to determine the severity of the left shoulder injury he suffered in Sunday's 27-24 loss to the Falcons, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Fortunately for Fields and the Bears, the injury is to his non-throwing shoulder, and it didn't stop him from playing every snap on offense in the Week 11 loss while throwing for 153 yards, rushing for 85 more and accounting for two touchdowns. Even so, the 3-8 Bears may not be inclined to take any chances with their franchise quarterback if the MRI reveals any significant damage, so until the results of the tests are available, Fields should be viewed as questionable for the Bears' Week 12 game in New York against the Jets. Trevor Siemian is the next man up at quarterback and would start if Fields can't play next weekend.

  • Colt McCoy QB | ARI

Cardinals' Colt McCoy: Looks poised for Week 11 start

McCoy appears on track to make a second consecutive start Monday against the 49ers in Mexico City with Kyler Murray (hamstring) listed as questionable but not expected to play, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Josina Anderson of CBS Sports further supports Rapoport's report, noting that McCoy will "definitively" start Monday, with the Cardinals having known since last week that Murray wasn't on track to play in Mexico City. Though Murray at least has taken some steps forward in his recovery, practicing on a limited basis Thursday through Saturday, the Cardinals apparently aren't convinced that he's healed enough to return to the lineup. A final word on his status won't arrive until the Cardinals release their inactive list 90 minutes before the 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff, but assuming Murray is inactive, Trace McSorley will dress as McCoy's backup for the second week in a row. In his first start in place of Murray In last week's 27-17 win over the Rams, McCoy completed 26 of 37 attempts for 238 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions.

  • Kyler Murray QB | MIN

Cardinals' Kyler Murray: Looks to be trending toward absence

Murray (hamstring), who is listed as questionable for Monday's game against the 49ers in Mexico City, appears unlikely to play, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Josina Anderson of CBS Sports further supports Rapoport's report, noting that Colt McCoy will "definitively" start Monday, with the Cardinals having known since last week that Murray wasn't on track to play. After sitting out last week's win over the Rams with a hamstring injury, Murray took part in practices Thursday through Saturday, though merely as a limited participant. The Cardinals seemingly want to see him put in a full practice -- or at least get more practice reps under his belt -- before clearing him for game action. Expect Murray to be included on the team's inactive list, which will be released approximately 90 minutes before Monday's 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff. With McCoy on tap for another start, third-stringer Trace McSorley will serve as his backup for the second week in a row. Murray presumably will set his sights on a return to the lineup in Week 12 against the Chargers back in Arizona.

  • Chiefs' Patrick Mahomes: Clutch in SNF victory

Mahomes completed 20 of 34 pass attempts for 329 yards and three touchdowns while adding 23 rushing yards on four attempts in Sunday's 30-27 win over the Chargers.

Mahomes was in rare form against a talented Chargers secondary despite missing top wideouts JuJu Smith-Schuster (concussion) and Mecole Hardman (abdomen). He also lost fill-in starter Kadarius Toney early in the contest to a hamstring injury, which makes Mahomes' robust stat line even more impressive all things considered. Mahomes fortunately did not lose the services of Travis Kelce, as the dynamic duo connected for three more scores amidst an already dominant campaign. Mahomes has not experienced any sort of dip in production sans Tyreek Hill in 2022, boasting 10-game totals of 3,265 passing yards and 28 touchdowns that are right on par with his dominant career norms. Mahomes and the Chiefs will take on a reeling Rams squad next Sunday.

  • Justin Herbert QB | LAC

Chargers' Justin Herbert: Excels in loss

Herbert tallied 23 completions on 30 attempts for 280 yards, two touchdowns and one interception in Sunday's 30-27 loss to the Chiefs. He also carried the ball five times for 17 yards.

Herbert set season highs in completion percentage and yards per completion, but the sterling outing wasn't enough to help the Chargers pull off the win. Sunday marked the first time since Week 7 the third-year signal caller tallied multiple touchdowns in a contest, and not coincidentally Sunday also marked the return of his two top targets in Keenan Allen and Mike Williams, although the latter didn't make it through the full game after sustaining an ankle injury. At the moment, Herbert is on pace for career lows in touchdowns and rushing yards, but most of that can be explained away with the injuries to his pass catchers and the rib injury he suffered near the end of September. The Pro Bowl quarterback should be poised for an intriguing stretch with matchups against the porous defenses of the Cardinals, Raiders and Dolphins over the next three weeks.

  • Kirk Cousins QB | LV

Vikings' Kirk Cousins: Pulled in blowout loss

Cousins completed just 12 of 23 pass attempts for 105 yards while losing a fumble in Sunday's 40-3 blowout loss to Dallas.

Cousins was harassed by the Cowboys pass rush from start to finish, resulting in seven sacks for a collective loss of 49 yards Sunday. The offensive line stood no chance against Micah Parsons and company, and the team lost starting left tackle Christian Darrisaw (concussion) to add insult to literal injury. Cousins was pulled for the fourth quarter of this lopsided loss, and Nick Mullens finished the contest with the rest of the backups. Things won't get any easier for the veteran Cousins with a short week on tap against a tough Patriots defense Thursday. The silver lining for fantasy managers is that the Thanksgiving game will be an indoor home matchup as opposed to a late-season game in harsh conditions at Foxborough.

  • Dak Prescott QB | DAL

Cowboys' Dak Prescott: Nearly perfect in blowout win

Prescott completed 22 of 25 pass attempts for 276 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 40-3 win over Minnesota. He added 16 rushing yards on three carries.

Prescott was flawless against a passing defense that has troubled other quarterbacks at times this season. This was the 29-year-old's strongest showing in 2022 since returning from thumb surgery, which bodes well for fantasy managers who have been underwhelmed through 10 weeks. Prescott could have had an even bigger game if the starters weren't pulled for the entire fourth quarter, a coaching decision influenced by the combination of a lopsided score and an upcoming short week. The Cowboys' franchise quarterback will look to build off this strong showing in a pivotal NFC East matchup against the Giants on Thanksgiving.

  • Derek Carr QB | NO

Raiders' Derek Carr: Dices up Denver in win

Carr completed 23 of 37 passes for 307 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions in Sunday's 22-16 win over the Broncos.

Carr continued to attempt throws at a high volume, as he has now taken to the air at least 36 times in each of his last three games. However, he posted one of his more efficient performances in Sunday's win, highlighted by touchdown throws of 35 and 31 yards to Davante Adams. Carr also managed to top 300 passing yards for the second time this season, powered by a campaign-best seven completions of 20 yards or more. Overall, he's thrown for multiple touchdowns and a minimum of 248 yards in each of the last three weeks.

  • Kenny Pickett QB | CAR

Steelers' Kenny Pickett: Connects with Pickens in loss

Pickett completed 25 of 42 passes for 265 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 37-30 loss to the Bengals. He added two rushing attempts for 14 yards.

Pickett found George Pickens for a 24-yard touchdown to tie the score at 17 in the second quarter. The pair of rookies have shown good chemistry from the get-go, so Pickett-to-Pickens could be a common phrase around Pittsburgh for years to come if the rookie quarterback proves capable of holding down the starting job. Two of Pickett's three career touchdown passes have been thrown to Pickens, but those three touchdowns have been accompanied by eight interceptions, as Pickett's still learning how to limit turnovers heading into a Week 12 primetime game in Indianapolis on MNF.
