Aaron Rodgers QB | PIT
Packers' Aaron Rodgers: Gets Cobb for Week 11
Rodgers will welcome back Randall Cobb (ankle) for Thursday's game versus the Titans after the Packers activated the wide receiver from injured reserve.
Rodgers has been without Cobb for four games as the latter recovered from a high-ankle sprain, a stretch in which the quarterback averaged 228 passing yards and accrued eight touchdowns versus four interceptions on a 61.7 completion percentage. Green Bay won't have Romeo Doubs for a second consecutive contest due to his own high-ankle sprain, meaning Rodgers' top wide receivers for Week 11 are Allen Lazard, Christian Watson, Cobb and Sammy Watkins.

Jacoby Brissett QB | ARI
Browns' Jacoby Brissett: Browns-Bills game moved to Detroit
Brissett and the Browns are now scheduled to play Sunday's game against the Bills at Ford Field in Detroit at 1 p.m. ET, after the NFL announced Thursday that the game has been moved from Buffalo due to the major snowstorm that's expected to strike Western New York this weekend.
The change in venue can probably be seen as nothing but a positive development for all Browns players and their respective fantasy outlooks. Not only will the Browns now have the benefit of playing one of their road games at a neutral-site venue, but they'll have the luxury of playing in a domed stadium, where scoring tends to be higher. Additionally, the move of the Week 11 game to Detroit removes the potential headache fantasy managers might have faced in determining how the inclement weather might affect the passing and running games. Brissett is coming off a Week 10 outing against the Dolphins in which he carried seven times for 40 yards and completed 22 of 35 pass attempts for 212 yards and a touchdown.

Josh Allen QB | BUF
Bills' Josh Allen: Bills-Browns game moved to Detroit
Allen (elbow) and the Bills are now scheduled to play Sunday's game against the Browns at Ford Field in Detroit at 1 p.m. ET, after the NFL announced Thursday that the game has been moved from Buffalo due to the major snowstorm that's expected to strike Western New York this weekend.
Though the Bills will lose out on a true home game as a result of the change, the move to a domed stadium in Detroit at least removes the potential headache fantasy managers might have faced in determining how the inclement weather might affect their players' production. Allen was a limited participant in practice Thursday for the second day in a row while he continues to manage a UCL injury to his right elbow, but he's not believed to be at any risk of missing Sunday's game after playing through the issue in his team's Week 10 overtime loss to the Vikings.

Josh Allen QB | BUF
Bills' Josh Allen: Another limited practice
Allen (right elbow) remained limited at practice Thursday.
Allen continues to manage a UCL issue in his throwing elbow, but it's something that he played through Week 10, and the QB should be available for Sunday's scheduled home contest against the Browns, barring any setbacks. It remains to be seen, however, if Allen heads into the weekend with an official Week 11 injury designation. Added context on that front will arrive no later than Friday. Plus, it's worth noting that NFL.com relays that the league is monitoring weather in the Buffalo area ahead of the weekend, with a major snowstorm expected to hit Western New York in the coming days. For now, Buffalo and Cleveland are slated to kick off in Orchard Park at 1:00 p.m. ET on Sunday.

Jacoby Brissett QB | ARI
Browns' Jacoby Brissett: Expected to face adverse weather
Brissett and the Browns will have to navigate a forecasted snowstorm in Buffalo this Sunday, Chris Easterling of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
The forecast calls for lake-effect snow from Thursday to Sunday, which could total three-to-four feet. That will present a challenge to throw the ball. Brissett was involved a similar game in 2017 in Buffalo when he was with the Colts. In that game, Brissett finished 11-of-22 for 69 yards while Frank Gore toted the rock 36 times. It behooves fantasy managers to monitor the situation and consider making alternative arrangements in terms of Cleveland's skill players involved in the passing game.

Colt McCoy QB | ARI
Cardinals' Colt McCoy: Dealing with knee concern
Cardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury said Wednesday that McCoy is tending to a minor knee injury, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Kingsbury also added that a decision on the Cardinals' starting quarterback between Kyler Murray (hamstring) and McCoy for Monday's game versus the 49ers will be made later this week. McCoy filled in for Murray this past Sunday at the Rams, completing 26 of 37 passes for 238 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions in a 27-17 win. At the same time, McCoy also missed two plays to have his upper left leg wrapped before returning to the game. If he gets the nod over Murray in Week 11, McCoy could have wide receivers DeAndre Hopkins, Rondale Moore and Marquise Brown (foot) -- who was designated for return from injured reserve Wednesday -- at his disposal.

Kyler Murray QB | MIN
Cardinals' Kyler Murray: May not be ready to start Week 11
Arizona head coach Kliff Kingsbury said Wednesday that he'll make a decision on the Cardinals' starting quarterback between Murray (hamstring) and Colt McCoy (knee) for Monday's game against the 49ers later this week, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Kingsbury has already termed Murray as day-to-day, and the coach also relayed Monday that McCoy is tending to a minor knee issue. With the health of both quarterbacks up in the air, the statuses of both at practices Thursday through Saturday could be telling for who among the two will get the nod for Arizona in Week 11. McCoy filled in for an absent Murray this past Sunday at the Rams, leading the Cards to a much-needed fourth win of the season. Still, when both players are 100 percent, Murray is the clear-cut option to direct the offense.

John Wolford QB | MIN
Rams' John Wolford: Dealing with stiff neck
Rams head coach Sean McVay said Wolford was unable to practice Wednesday due to a stiff neck, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.
The aforementioned stiffness is the result of the hits Wolford took during this past Sunday's loss to the Cardinals, when he filled in for Matthew Stafford (concussion) under center. Wolford completed 24 of 36 passes for 212 yards, one touchdown and one interception while losing one of his two fumbles. He also was sacked three times among 12 quarterback hits. There's an expectation that Stafford clears the concussion protocol ahead of a Week 11 road matchup with the Saints, so if Wolford himself is active, he likely will return to a backup role.

Matthew Stafford QB | LAR
Rams' Matthew Stafford: Logs full practice, should play
Stafford (concussion) was a full practice participant Wednesday and is expected to gain clearance for Sunday's game at New Orleans, Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic reports.
Stafford likely will make it back after one missed game, but he'll be rejoining an offense that won't have his favorite target, Cooper Kupp (ankle), for at least the next month and potentially the rest of the season. Kupp's move to injured reserve leaves Stafford with Allen Robinson, Van Jefferson and Ben Skowronek as his most experienced options at wide receiver, while Tyler Higbee and Brycen Hopkins are the top two tight ends.

Taylor Heinicke QB | LAC
Commanders' Taylor Heinicke: Named as Week 11 starter
Commanders head coach Ron Rivera said Heinicke will start Sunday's game in Houston, Nicki Jhabvala of The Washington Post reports.
Carson Wentz (finger) is eligible to return from injured reserve this week, and a recent report from Sam Fortier of The Washington Post suggested the Commanders were preparing Wentz to reclaim the starting role. Even if that's the case, it apparently won't happen for at least Week 11, giving Heinicke one more chance to make an argument to keep the job.
