Rico Dowdle RB | PIT
Cowboys' Rico Dowdle: Gets questionable tag
The Cowboys announced Saturday that Dowdle (ankle) has been downgraded to questionable for Sunday's game against the Panthers, Michael Gehlken of The Dallas Morning News reports.
Dowdle appears to have picked up an ankle injury during Saturday's walk-through practice. His status for Week 11 now may not be revealed until 90 minutes ahead of Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff. The No. 2 running back scored his first rushing touchdown last week versus the Giants, while he also logged a career-high 79 rushing yards on 12 carries.

Derrick Gore RB | WAS
Commanders' Derrick Gore: Elevated from practice squad
The Commanders elevated Gore from their practice squad Saturday.
Gore's elevation likely means that Antonio Gibson, who entered the weekend listed as doubtful due to a toe injury, won't suit up. This is the third time Gore has been elevated this season, and he tallied 13 offensive snaps without getting a touch or a target over Weeks 4 and 5. He'll likely work in a limited role behind fellow tailbacks Brian Robinson and Chris Rodriguez against the Giants on Sunday.

Jonathan Ward RB | NE
Jonathan Ward: Waived by Tennessee
The Titans waived Ward on Saturday, Ben Arthur of FoxSports.com reports.
Ward was signed to the active roster ahead of Sunday's loss to Tampa Bay, and he played 15 special-teams snaps in that contest. The 26-year-old has recorded just three offensive snaps over three contests on the campaign, but he's been a fixture on special teams during that span. Ward could return to Tennessee's practice squad if he clear waivers.

Isaiah Spiller RB | LV
Chargers' Isaiah Spiller: Missing Week 11
Spiller (illness) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Packers, Jeff Miller of the Los Angeles Times reports.
The Chargers originally listed Spiller as questionable for Week 11 after he recorded a DNP at Friday's practice, and it now seems as if the second-year running back won't be well enough to suit up Sunday. Spiller has played a minimal role in Los Angeles' offense thus far, recording 47 total yards on 15 touches.

Khalil Herbert RB | NYJ
Bears' Khalil Herbert: All set for Sunday's game
The Bears activated Herbert (ankle) from injured reserve Saturday.
Herbert has been listed as a full participant in five of six practices since being initially designated for return from IR, so this transaction confirms that he's on track for Sunday's road matchup against the Lions. After a five-game absence, it remains to be seen whether Herbert will immediately handle a full assortment of snaps, but it's worth noting that presumed co-starter D'Onta Foreman (ankle) is officially listed as questionable.

Isaiah Spiller RB | LV
Chargers' Isaiah Spiller: Lands on injury report
Spiller (illness) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's game against the Packers.
Spiller popped up on Los Angeles' injury report after he didn't participate in Friday's practice, and he seems to be dealing with an illness that could hold him out of Sunday's contest. The second-year running back has appeared in only five games for the Chargers this season, recording 27 rushing yards on 12 attempts.

Michael Carter RB | TEN
Cardinals' Michael Carter: Has chance to play Saturday
Carter may be a part of the Cardinals backfield Sunday at Houston with Emari Demercado (toe) ruled out for the contest, Darren Urban of the team's official site reports.
James Conner owns Arizona's backfield when healthy, and he proved as much this past Sunday against the Falcons after a stint on IR, handling 63 percent of snaps and turning 16 carries into 73 yards. That left only three rushes combined for Keaontay Ingram and Tony Jones, and with the team claiming Carter off waivers Wednesday, his presence may result in Jones not being elevated from the practice squad this week. On the season, Carter averaged 4.8 yards on his eight carries and also hauled in 15 of 20 targets for 68 yards in nine games for the Jets.

Devin Singletary RB | NYG
Texans' Devin Singletary: Another start on tap
Singletary again will operate as the Texans' top running back Sunday against the Cardinals with Dameon Pierce (ankle) ruled out for that contest.
Singletary is slated for a third consecutive start with Pierce sidelined, and the former is coming off a career-best 150 rushing yards in this past Sunday's win at Cincinnati. Another 30-carry performance may not be needed this weekend versus Arizona, but he at least will be taking on a defense that has conceded the second-most touchdowns (14) to opposing running backs in 10 games this season.
-
Emari Demercado RB | KC
Cardinals' Emari Demercado: Out for a third straight game
Demercado (toe) has been ruled out for Sunday's game at Houston, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Demercado was held out of practice Friday following back-to-back limited sessions. He'll now miss his third straight game, which could open the door for recent signing Michael Carter to handle some touches off the bench behind starter James Conner.

Raheem Mostert RB | LV
Dolphins' Raheem Mostert: No Week 11 injury designation
Mostert (ankle/knee) doesn't carry an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Raiders after being limited in practice this week, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
Mostert thus is slated to play through his ankle and knee issues this weekend, and it looks like he'll probably be joined in Miami's Week 11 backfield by De'Von Achane (knee), who the Dolphins list as questionable but is trending toward being activated from IR ahead of Sunday's contest, per Furones. If that occurs, Achane would figure to work in some form of timeshare with Mostert, though even in that context both players would merit fantasy lineup consideration.
