Mack (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Jaguars in London, Aric DiLalla of the Broncos' official site reports.

Though Mike Boone's (ankle) recent move to injured reserve opens up a spot for a third running back in Denver, Mack looks like he'll have to wait until after a Week 9 bye to make his Broncos debut after he was signed off the 49ers' practice squad Monday. Mack's lack of utility on special teams may have been a factor in him sitting out in London, as the Broncos are opting to keep Devine Ozigbo active in London as the No. 3 option behind Melvin Gordon and Latavius Murray.

Robinson will be active for Sunday's game against the Patriots, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.

Though head coach Robert Saleh played coy when asked about Robinson's availability for Week 8 following his acquisition from the Jaguars on Monday, the running back looks like he'll have at least a small role in the Jets' game plan Sunday. Michael Carter is expected to replace the injured Breece Hall (knee) as the Jets' new lead back, but Robinson should get at least a handful of touches behind Carter and potentially push for a larger role as he becomes more acclimated to his new team. Robinson is unlikely to get enough volume Week 8 to make him a strong play in the majority of fantasy leagues.

Akers (personal), who is out for Sunday's game against San Francisco, would be expected to play for the Rams again this season if he isn't dealt prior to Tuesday's trade deadline, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Los Angeles would prefer to find a trade partner for Akers, Schefter reports, but if that doesn't materialize the team would expect the 2020 second-round pick to contribute this season. Akers, who didn't practice with the team this week and is set to miss a second straight contest, may have to get back in the good graces of the Rams' coaching staff if he isn't traded, though both sides still appear to prefer that route. Darrell Henderson, Malcolm Brown and Ronnie Rivers will helm Los Angeles' backfield versus the 49ers on Sunday.

Denver signed Ozigbo from its practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.

Ozigbo was elevated from the practice squad for Week 5 and played primarily on special teams, garnering one rush attempt for two yards across two offensive snaps. With Mike Boone (ankle) and Javonte Williams (knee) on IR, Ozigbo figures to operate as a depth option behind Melvin Gordon, Latavius Murray and Marlon Mack.

Carolina elevated Brown from its practice squad to the active roster Saturday ahead of Sunday's game at the Falcons, Mike Kaye of The Charlotte Observer reports.

Brown will make his 2022 debut in Week 8. The sophomore UDFA from UAB has been active for just one game so far in his career, and he's yet to actually see the field.

Homer (ribs) was activated off injured reserve Saturday.

Head coach Pete Carroll outright confirmed Homer would be active for Week 8, so this comes as no surprise. It's possible the Seahawks could utilize the fourth-year back more in the passing game with DK Metcalf (knee) and Tyler Lockett (hamstring) both listed as game-time calls in a pivotal battle against the Giants.

The Rams activated Rivers from their practice squad to the active roster Saturday ahead of Sunday's game versus the 49ers.

It will be the second game this season Rivers is active for the Rams. After Week 8, the rookie UDFA out of Fresno State will only be eligible for one more elevation from the practice squad before he would need to be signed to the team's 53-man roster in order to play.

Dallas elevated Ollison from its practice squad to the active roster Saturday ahead of Sunday's game versus the Bears, Michael Gehlken of The Dallas Morning News reports.

Ollison will suit up for his first game of the 2022 season Sunday. The big-bodied back is probably better-equipped to handle less forgiving carries between the tackles than Tony Pollard and Malik Davis, so it would not be a huge surprise to see him tote the rock a few times against a shaky Chicago run defense Sunday.

Dallas signed Davis from its practice squad to the 53-man roster Saturday ahead of Sunday's game versus Chicago, Michael Gehlken of The Dallas Morning News reports.

With usual starting running back Ezekiel Elliott (knee) listed as doubtful, the Cowboys saw fit to promote Davis for depth behind Tony Pollard. Davis, a rookie UDFA from Florida, has played exclusively on special teams through two games this season, but he could see his first NFL carry in Week 8.

White rushed four times for 19 yards and brought in all three targets for 24 yards in the Buccaneers' 27-22 loss to the Ravens on Thursday night.

The rookie once again saw a decent role on offense, and he notably matched backfield mate Leonard Fournette in receptions and targets. However, White actually logged just 15 snaps from scrimmage, a major downturn from the 29 he'd seen four days earlier against the Panthers. White was also stopped cold on a two-point conversion rush attempt after the Buccaneers' final touchdown, although he never had a chance thanks to shoddy blocking in front of him. Fournette appears likely to remain the clear-cut lead back, but it's also possible head coach Todd Bowles looks to shake things up on his struggling offense following three straight losses and affords White a bigger role in a Week 9 showdown against the Rams a week from Sunday.
