Breida rushed three times for minus-six yards and caught both of his targets for 17 yards in Sunday's 24-20 win over Baltimore.

Breida couldn't get going on the ground, as his first two carries went for negative yardage and his third produced only one yard. However, he did make an impact on a second-quarter drive that ended with the team's first touchdown, gaining 17 yards on a pair of receptions. Breida remains firmly entrenched behind workhorse running back Saquon Barkley on the depth chart, so he won't have much fantasy value unless Barkley is forced to miss time.

Sanders rushed 18 times for 71 yards and a touchdown while catching his lone target for one yard in Sunday's 26-17 win over Dallas.

Sanders bounced back from a down game last week with an encouraging effort on national television. The 25-year-old finished with 12 more carries than the next Philadelphia running back (Kenneth Gainwell), confirming his prime fantasy status as the lead back on a dynamic offense. Fantasy managers will have to find a replacement for the RB1 heading into the Eagles' upcoming bye week. Sanders and his 105/485/4 rushing line will return rejuvenated for a Week 8 matchup against the Steelers on Oct. 30.

Benjamin rushed the ball 15 times for 37 yards in Sunday's 19-9 loss to the Seahawks. He added three receptions for 28 yards.

Benjamin accounted for 15 of the team's 18 carries by running backs, though Kyler Murray also tallied 10 rushing attempts. Benjamin was bottled up on the ground and his longest gain went for only six yards. He salvaged his day with his work as a receiver and managed to rack up 65 total yards. It remains to be seen whether James Conner (ribs) or Darrel Williams (knee) will be able to return in Week 7, but the Cardinals play Thursday, which could lead to Benjamin getting another turn as the team's lead back.

Walker carried the ball 21 times for 97 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 19-9 win over Arizona. He added two receptions for 13 yards.

Walker dominated carries out of Seattle's backfield as expected in the first week without Rashaad Penny (ankle), accounting for 21 of the team's 30 rushing attempts. He displayed some big-play ability by ripping off gains of 34, 21 and 17 yards, and he also recorded an 11-yard rushing score. While Walker isn't known for his receiving ability, it was encouraging to see him involved in the passing game -- even at a minimal level. Walker should carry a heavy workload once again in Week 7 against the Chargers.

Wilson rushed seven times for 25 yards while losing a fumble and failing to haul in his lone target in Sunday's 28-14 loss to the Falcons.

Wilson got off to a rough start, coughing up the ball on a short rushing attempt that led to a defensive touchdown and an early 14-0 lead for Atlanta. The 26-year-old entered Sunday's tilt coming off of his best performance of the season (17/120/1), which makes Sunday's dud in a soft matchup even more debilitating for those relying on the hot early season waiver add. San Francisco is suffering from a severe lack of depth at the running back position, so Wilson remains the starter and workhorse -- barring a trade for Christian McCaffrey -- heading into a matchup against Kansas City next Sunday.

Edwards-Helaire carried the ball nine times for 33 yards in Sunday's 24-20 loss to the Bills.

The Kansas City running game got stifled by the Buffalo front seven, but Edwards-Helaire also wasn't able to add any value through the air as he failed to even see a target for the first time this season. The running back does have five TDs through six games, but he could struggle to get into the end zone or gain much yardage in Week 7 against the 49ers' tough run defense.

Johnson caught two of two targets for nine yards in Sunday's 38-15 loss to the Patriots in Week 6.

Johnson had his most significant contributions of the season yet, but he remains a fringe player on offense. As long as Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt are healthy, Johnson will play a limited role.

Singletary carried the ball 17 times for 85 yards and caught four of five targets for 22 yards in Sunday's 24-20 win over Kansas City.

For the first time this season, Singletary reached the century mark in scrimmage yards, although he'd topped 90 yards in two of the prior three games. While his production is trending up, the running back has still scored only one touchdown through six games in an offense dominated by Josh Allen heading into the Bills' Week 7 bye.

Carter rushed six times for 41 yards and caught his only target for six yards in Sunday's 27-10 win over Green Bay.

The Jets used Breece Hall (20 carries for 116 yards and a touchdown) as a workhorse in a game that started out as a defensive struggle before New York's running game got going. That left change-of-pace duties for Carter, who was effective in the limited role. Carter set a single-game season high by averaging 6.8 yards per carry in this one, bumping his season mark up to 3.8 heading into a Week 7 trip to Denver.

McCaffrey carried the ball 13 times for 69 yards and caught seven of eight targets for 89 yards in Sunday's 24-10 loss to the Rams.

The star running back got almost no help from the rest of the Panthers roster -- every other pass-catcher combined for only six receptions and 30 receiving yards while the team's other runners managed just 24 yards on the ground, and Carolina's only touchdown on the day was provided by the defense. McCaffrey will likely remain the center of both the offensive game plan and trade rumors heading into a Week 7 clash with the Buccaneers.
