  • Austin Ekeler RB | WAS

Chargers' Austin Ekeler: Usage wanes in blowout

Ekeler carried eight times for 36 yards and caught four of nine targets for 32 yards during Sunday's 45-0 loss to the Patriots.

Ekeler averaged a respectable 4.5 yards per carry but saw his carries limited by the surprising blowout nature of the game. Although he tied for second on the team in targets, he hauled in less than half the balls thrown his way and saw his output limited in that regard as well. Ekeler was coming off an excellent performance in his previous outing and will look to bounce back next Sunday in what could be a high-scoring game against the Falcons.

  • Cam Akers RB | SEA

Rams' Cam Akers: Leads backfield against Cards

Akers carried the ball 21 times for 72 yards and a touchdown and caught his only target for 22 yards in Sunday's 38-28 win over the Cardinals.

Darrell Henderson and Malcolm Brown combined for only six carries and nine touches, marking the second straight week in which Akers has been the Rams' most productive RB. The rookie will look to continue his climb to the top spot on the depth chart in Week 14 against a surging Patriots defense that just shut out the Chargers.

  • Joshua Kelley RB | TEN

Chargers' Joshua Kelley: Hurts ankle against Pats

Kelley (ankle) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Patriots.

Kelley's injury occurred with Los Angeles getting blown out in the fourth quarter. He had two catches for three yards and no carries prior to getting injured while working in a third-string role behind Austin Ekeler and Kalen Ballage.

  • Chiefs' Clyde Edwards-Helaire: Active Sunday

Edwards-Helaire (illness) is listed as active for Sunday night's game against the Broncos, Adam Teicher of ESPN.com reports.

Edwards-Helaire missed practice both Thursday and Friday because of a stomach virus, but he's improved to the point that he'll give it a go Sunday. Though he continues to head Kansas City's backfield, the team's high-octane passing attack -- as well as the presence of fellow RB Le'Veon Bell -- has resulted in unreliable rushing volume for Edwards-Helaire of late.

  • Jaguars' James Robinson: Tops 100 scrimmage yards with TD

Robinson rushed 18 times for 78 yards and a touchdown while catching all six of his targets for 30 yards in Sunday's 27-24 overtime loss to the Vikings.

Robinson continued his stellar rookie campaign, exceeding 90 scrimmage yards for the 10th time in 12 games. He scored his sixth rushing touchdown of the season from one yard out with 1:08 remaining, and the ensuing two-point conversion tied the score to send it to overtime. Robinson should remain the focal point of Jacksonville's offense in Week 14 against the Titans, whom he carved up for 102 yards and a touchdown on the ground back in Week 2.

  • Bears' Cordarrelle Patterson: Scores rushing touchdown

Patterson rushed 10 times for 59 yards and a touchdown while adding a four-yard reception in Chicago's 34-30 loss to the Lions on Sunday.

With the Bears leading for the majority of this contest, they were able to have balance between the run and the pass for one of the few times this season, leading to Patterson having an effective performance as the backup running back to David Montgomery. He's now posted at least 40 combined yards as a rusher and receiver in two of his last three games, and although his upside is typically limited, he could be used as an emergency option in deep leagues during the fantasy playoffs.

  • Colts' Nyheim Hines: Scores seventh touchdown

Hines carried six times for 10 yards and a touchdown while catching all three of his targets for 22 additional yards during Sunday's 26-20 win over the Texans.

Hines managed just 1.7 yards per carry but found his way into the end zone from five yards out in the first quarter for his seventh touchdown of the season. He caught every ball thrown his way but simply wasn't utilized enough in that regard to make an impact, since his team played from ahead most of the day. Meanwhile, rookie Jonathan Taylor enjoyed another strong performance and should receive the bulk of the backfield work in next Sunday's matchup against the Raiders, though Hines enters the game having averaged 13.3 touches per game over his last four.

  • Nick Chubb RB | HOU

Browns' Nick Chubb: Tallies seventh touchdown

Chubb rushed the ball 18 times for 80 yards and a touchdown in Week 13 against the Titans. He also chipped in one reception for 26 yards.

Chubb's workload was a bit lighter than past weeks as the Browns jumped out to a 38-7 lead. He still managed to make the most of his opportunity, highlighted by a run of 29 yards as well as a one-yard rushing touchdown. Also positive was Chubb's work as a receiver, as he converted a screen pass into a 26-yard gain midway through the first quarter. Despite missing four games due to a knee injury, Chubb now has seven touchdowns and 874 total yards. He'll run into a tough Ravens defense in Week 14.

  • Derrick Henry RB | BAL

Titans' Derrick Henry: Can't get going against Browns

Henry carried the ball 15 times for 60 yards in the team's Week 13 loss to the Browns. He added one reception for nine yards.

Henry entered the game having logged three consecutive 100-yard efforts on the ground, but he was limited in his impact against the Browns. His ineffectiveness played a key role in the Titans' 38-7 deficit, as he was stuffed on a short fourth-down play on the team's first offensive possession and then lost a fumble on the following drive. Henry did get things going a bit in the second half, racking up several rushes of 10 and nine yards. Despite the disappointing effort, Henry should be in a strong position for a bounce-back effort in Week 14 against Jacksonville.

  • Alvin Kamara RB | NO

Saints' Alvin Kamara: Breaks off long run, scores TD

Kamara registered 88 rushing yards and one touchdown on 15 carries, adding two receptions for nine yards during Sunday's 21-16 win against Atlanta.

Kamara's passing-game upside has been severely depleted without Drew Brees (ribs) available at quarterback, as he's now been held under 10 receiving yards in three consecutive games with Taysom Hill as the starter. A 37-yard run in the second quarter helped spark Kamara's afternoon, while an 11-yard TD scamper at the 9:01 mark of the third quarter sealed a solid fantasy showing from the three-time Pro Bowler. Even with the score, Kamara's Week 13 fantasy output falls short of typical lofty heights. A Week 14 return for Brees seems possible, which would be a welcome announcement for those with investment in Kamara.
