Dalvin Cook RB | DAL
Vikings' Dalvin Cook: Piles up yardage on 38 touches
Cook rushed 32 times for 120 yards and caught six of nine targets for another 59 in Sunday's 27-24 overtime win over the Jaguars.
Cook was bottled up on the ground for much of the day and finished with fewer than 4.0 yards per carry for the third time in four games after topping that mark in six of his first seven this season. Despite that limited effectiveness, Cook reached triple digits in rushing yards for the sixth time, as his season high in carries included eight in overtime with Minnesota plowing deep into Jacksonville territory before winning it with a short field goal. Cook's ability to contribute as both a runner and receiver out of the backfield should keep him a mainstay in lineups despite a Week 14 matchup with a stout Buccaneers front that's allowing just 74.2 rushing yards per game.

Jonathan Taylor RB | IND
Colts' Jonathan Taylor: Scores with 135 scrimmage yards
Taylor carried 13 times for 91 yards and caught all three of his targets for 44 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's 26-20 win over the Texans.
Taylor gashed the porous Houston defense for 7.0 yards per carry as he delivered his best rushing output since Week 2. He also notched his third-best receiving line of the season and scored his first receiving touchdown on a 39-yard play on fourth down in the second quarter. Taylor has racked up 249 scrimmage yards on 42 touches over his last two games and will look to continue his recent success in a favorable matchup against the Raiders next Sunday.
-
David Montgomery RB | HOU
Bears' David Montgomery: Scores twice in defeat
Montgomery rushed 17 times for 72 yards and two touchdowns while adding four receptions for 39 yards in Chicago's 34-30 loss to the Lions on Sunday.
Although Montgomery saw his third-highest number of rushing attempts on the season, the team also gave 10 carries to Cordarrelle Patterson, which likely kept Montgomery from having a massive fantasy performance. Despite the backfield split, he'll continue to be Chicago's primary running back, and with upcoming matchups against the Texans, Vikings and Jaguars, Montgomery will be a solid top-24 running back in the fantasy playoffs.

Myles Gaskin RB | SEA
Dolphins' Myles Gaskin: Strong all-around effort in win
Gaskin (knee) rushed 21 times for 90 yards and secured both targets for 51 yards in the Dolphins' 19-7 win over the Bengals on Sunday. He also lost a fumble.
Fresh off a four-game absence and injured-reserve stint due to a knee issue, Gaskin stepped right back into a bell-cow role with multiple backfield mates sidelined for the Week 13 contest. Gaskin did find running room surprisingly hard to come by at times against a Bengals defense that frequently has been gashed by running backs, but he ultimately put together a solid fantasy performance courtesy of robust volume and by gaining double-digit yardage on both catches. Gaskin's day could have been even bigger had he been able to convert at least one of the multiple red-zone carries he received throughout the contest, but he'll nevertheless head into a Week 14 showdown against the Chiefs with another strong effort under his belt.

J.J. Taylor RB | HOU
Patriots' J.J. Taylor: Unavailable Sunday
Taylor (quadriceps) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Chargers.
The 22-year-old received the questionable tag after working as a limited practice participant all week, and he won't be available Sunday. Damien Harris, James White and Sony Michel are the active running backs for New England this week.
-
Travis Homer RB | PIT
Seahawks' Travis Homer: Another absence Sunday
Homer (wrist/thumb/knee) is inactive for Sunday's game versus the Giants.
Homer has missed every practice the past two weeks as he deals with a trio of health concerns. As a result, he'll sit out for a third straight contest. Expect Chris Carson and Carlos Hyde (toe) to spearhead the Seahawks backfield in some way, shape or form Sunday.
-
Myles Gaskin RB | SEA
Dolphins' Myles Gaskin: Likely to serve in lead role
Gaskin (knee) is expected to operate as the Dolphins' lead back Sunday against the Bengals, Safid Deen of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
After Gaskin missed the past month with an MCL sprain, the Dolphins may have preferred to ease him back into action this week in a committee role, but the team doesn't have many options on hand with Salvon Ahmed (shoulder), DeAndre Washington (hamstring) and Matt Breida (reserve/COVID-19 list) all sidelined. Beyond Gaskin, the lightly-used Patrick Laird checks in as the top backup, while wide receiver Lynn Bowden looms as a backfield option in Wildcat formations. Gaskin was solid if unspectacular while working as Miami's lead option for the first eight games of the season, playing no fewer than 63 percent of the offensive snaps in any of those contests while racking up 585 total yards, 30 receptions and two touchdowns.
-
Qadree Ollison RB | PIT
Falcons' Qadree Ollison: Sitting out Sunday
Ollison (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Saints, Will McFadden of the Falcons' official site reports.
Ollison was scratched even when Todd Gurley (knee) was out. With Gurley returning to action Sunday, Ollison will watch from the sidelines once again, as Brian Hill and Ito Smith will serve as backfield depth. Ollison's next chance to play is in Week 14 against the Chargers.
-
Salvon Ahmed RB | CHI
Dolphins' Salvon Ahmed: Not suiting up Week 13
Ahmed (shoulder) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Bengals.
Ahmed will be one three Dolphins running backs sidelined for Week 13 with DeAndre Washington (hamstring) also inactive and with Matt Brieda (illness) on the reserve/COVID-19 list. Fortunately for Miami, it will get some reinforcement at the position in the form of Myles Gaskin (knee), who was activated from injured reserve after practicing for the second week in a row. Considering Gaskin had handled a three-down role for Miami prior to suffering his injury Week 8, he'll likely operate as the team's top option moving forward, leaving fewer opportunities available for Ahmed once he overcomes his own health concern.
-
D'Andre Swift RB | CHI
Lions' D'Andre Swift: Missing third straight game
Swift (illness) is listed as inactive Sunday at Chicago.
Swift was cleared of his concussion this week, but a non-COVID-19-related illness proceeded to threaten his Week 13 availability. Indeed, he'll miss a third game in a row, leaving the backfield in the hands of Kerryon Johnson, Adrian Peterson and (to a lesser extent) Jonathan Williams (hip).
