Kylen Granson TE | TEN
Colts' Kylen Granson: Just one target Sunday
Granson had one reception for six yards on his lone target in Sunday's loss at Tennessee.
Granson led Indy's tight ends in routes run -- 18, compared to 15 for Mo Alie-Cox and 14 for Jelani Woods -- but Indy's passing game couldn't get on track. None of the three tight ends were a factor Sunday with a combined two receptions and three targets. Granson still looks like the top receiving tight end, but all three are splitting the targets, and there will be games like Sunday where none are a factor.

Daniel Bellinger TE | TEN
Giants' Daniel Bellinger: Has fractured eye socket
Bellinger may require surgery after fracturing his eye socket in Sunday's 23-17 win over the Jaguars, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.
Bellinger had to go to the hospital after getting injured during Sunday's game, and a meeting with an ophthalmologist Monday revealed the extent of the injury. Even if the rookie tight end avoids surgery, he'll likely miss some time as he recovers from this injury, though a concrete return timetable for Bellinger has yet to be established.

Connor Heyward FB | LV
Steelers' Connor Heyward: Musters six yards in defeat
Heyward secured his lone target for six yards during the Steelers' 16-10 loss to the Dolphins on Sunday.
Heyward was on the field for just five offensive snaps Sunday and had minimal production after tallying a season-high 49 receiving yards last week. Although the rookie sixth-rounder has been targeted in three consecutive games, he doesn't have much fantasy value while Pat Freiermuth is healthy.

David Njoku TE | LAC
Browns' David Njoku: Expected to miss 2-to-5 weeks
Njoku (ankle) was diagnosed Monday with a left high-ankle sprain and is expected to miss 2-to-5 weeks, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski called Njoku week-to-week after the tight end was forced out of Sunday's 23-20 loss at Baltimore and spotted in a walking boot after the contest. Njoku doesn't look like he'll be a candidate to return to the field until after Cleveland's bye Week 9, and considering his projected 2-to-5-week timetable, a stint on injured reserve also could be in play. Harrison Bryant stands to benefit from increased opportunities as long as Njoku is sidelined.

David Njoku TE | LAC
Browns' David Njoku: Expected to miss 2-5 weeks
Njoku (ankle) is expected to miss 2-5 weeks, and his injury has been diagnosed as a high ankle sprain, reports.
Njoku won't require surgery to recover, but he's likely to miss a couple games. Coach Kevin Stefanski labeled the tight end week-to-week Monday, but additional testing revealed a slightly more severe injury than initially thought. Harrison Bryant will slide into a starting role with Njoku sidelined.
-
Zach Gentry TE | LV
Steelers' Zach Gentry: Minimal usage in loss
Gentry secured both of his targets for zero yards during the Steelers' 16-10 loss to the Dolphins on Sunday.
Gentry served as the Steelers' top tight end last week but had limited results against the Buccaneers, and his production remained low Week 7 with Pat Freiermuth back on the field. Gentry has been held under 10 yards in four of his last five appearances and doesn't have much fantasy value, especially when Freiermuth is healthy.

David Njoku TE | LAC
Browns' David Njoku: Called week-to-week
Coach Kevin Stefanski said Monday that Njoku (ankle) is week-to-week, Jake Trotter of ESPN.com reports.
Njoku suffered a left ankle sprain during Sunday's 23-20 loss at Baltimore, and he was spotted wearing a walking boot after the game. It looks as though the athletic tight end could be in danger of missing time due to the injury, in which case Harrison Bryant would stand to operate as Cleveland's top tight end. Until such time as Njoku officially is ruled out for Week 8, though, his status in practice will need to be monitored.

Peyton Hendershot TE | KC
Cowboys' Peyton Hendershot: Hauls in first career TD
Hendershot caught both his targets for five yards and a touchdown in Sunday's win over the Lions.
The rookie tight end was wide open in the back of the end zone on a two-yard strike from Dak Prescott late in the fourth quarter, giving Hendershot his first TD in the NFL. With Dalton Schultz healthy and fellow rookie Jake Ferguson also flashing this season when he's gotten the opportunity, however, Hendershot is little more than a dart throw from a fantasy perspective, even if the Dallas passing game takes a step forward with Prescott back under center.
-
Foster Moreau TE | HOU
Raiders' Foster Moreau: Five targets in win
Moreau caught three of five targets for 28 yards in Sunday's 38-20 win over the Texans.
Moreau drew the start at tight end in his return from a two-game absence while Darren Waller (hamstring) remained on the shelf, and the former finished the contest behind only Davante Adams in targets for the Raiders. Moreau's increased involvement should continue against the Saints in Week 8 if Waller is limited or absent.

Dalton Schultz TE | HOU
Cowboys' Dalton Schultz: Five grabs in return
Schultz caught all five of his targets for 49 yards in Sunday's win over the Lions.
After playing just nine snaps over the last two weeks due to knee trouble, Schultz returned to a regular role in the offense just in time to reunite with Dak Prescott, who also was back in action for the first time since Week 1. Schultz tied Noah Brown for the team lead in receptions on the afternoon, but his fantasy performance could have been bigger, as rookie tight end Peyton Hendershot was on the other end of a Prescott TD pass instead of Schultz late in the fourth quarter. The senior TE still appears to be Prescott's favorite security blanket, however, giving him a solid fantasy floor heading into a Week 8 matchup with the Bears.
